We were hoping that the "bandaid" we opted for would last a few weeks, but unfortunately it only last a few days, which we were aware could happen. On Tuesday, we called them back, and once again, they were able to make it out to us that same day. We knew we'd have to replace the unit this time, so they gave us a quote, filled our unit with Freon again so that we'd have a couple more days of cool air, and we scheduled the replacement for Friday morning. They showed up on time, explained to us everything that was going to happen, and got straight to work. They gave us all of the information about our warranty, and assured us that if we had any questions or trouble at all, that they would be there to help. They were done in just a few hours, and everyone was so nice! They were also accommodating of my three dogs, which is a huge plus. 100% would recommend these guys to anyone! They even installed my new thermostat. This was our first AC replacement, and I can't imagine it goes any smoother than that.

Being the adult I am, I decided to do this prior to the full summer heat coming. I called around and got quotes from various services and through a few memberships I have like a warehouse club. Despite the free snacks this warehouse club provides, their quote was outlandish. At the advice of a pal, I called King's and was connected with Frank. He was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone which was VERY reasonable, and sent his team out to do some preliminary spec-ing. Our estimate did increase a bit due to some custom metal work needing to be done based on the configuration of our old unit/home, but it was still VERY reasonable. A few days later, the custom work was done and Frank's team came out with a crane to do out install. The entire process was seamless, painless and a breeze. Big adult purchases like this can be scary, but the entire King's team kept me informed and confident throughout the process. A few hours later their expert team had completed the work and we're as ready as we can be with a brand new unit before the summer. 10/10 recommend and will likely use for any HVAC projects we have come up in the future. Thanks so much for the great service guys!

I did not know that, when I called for a service call. They informed me of the cost, and I agreed.
