When my braces were being taken off, I asked again about the gap in my teeth not being closed and was told that it's not going to close. This is information that should have been provided before my braces were even put on as I never would have spent the money, time and endured the pain and discomfort for no results. I have had to have my teeth grinded down four times now for my jaw to bearably close and my jaw clicks every time I chew or yawn. These are problems I never had before my braces were put on.

Even when we asked several people in his office, repeatedly, to explain why all of our dental work was costing so much, no one told us. For seven months this went on with different dental procedures.
