When my braces were being taken off, I asked again about the gap in my teeth not being closed and was told that it's not going to close. This is information that should have been provided before my braces were even put on as I never would have spent the money, time and endured the pain and discomfort for no results. I have had to have my teeth grinded down four times now for my jaw to bearably close and my jaw clicks every time I chew or yawn. These are problems I never had before my braces were put on.

When we returned for the fitting our daughter could not close here mouth with both the Night Guard and the Aligner. Dr Jeppson recommended she tape her mouth closed while sleeping. Long story short, we refused delivery and now our daughter is out of the country on a mission, which was communicated beforehand. We paid $500 and have received nothing for it.
