We aren't even looking for something out of this world, just something to be happy to eat while everyone else has cake or cookies. Well, we were gifted the Sample Pack and devoured it in just a few days. This bread is INCREDIBLE. It honestly is one of the best baked goods we've ever had, period (including baked goods that DO have gluten)! They've set the bar, people. I'm so so grateful this place is here locally! We are telling all our gluten free friends about you guys!!! Don't listen to the other complaining reviews about too much sugar or not enough cinnamon... what a joke and not true. -Sincerely, the struggling (but oh so happy) Celiacs wife.

Not only is this a fantastic place to stop and grab coffee or ice drinks it is one of the most adventurous gluten-free menus I have ever seen outside of New York or Los Angeles. Lots of places tend to stick to basics for gluten-free and that's great. It's always appreciated when people work to make accommodations however Explorado Market swings for the fences and while I haven't sampled anything the few things I've had our home runs. If you told me there was someone in Colorado that does an amazing pastrami sandwich that is completely gluten-free. I would've looked at you sideways and said "I don't know about that." EM not only gets on the uneven bars of a tough culinary maneuver to pull off, but they stick the landing. The gluten-free tiramisu is in the same category and the drinks are just something that I have yet to find elsewhere and that is really a great thing. I would call this not just a great place to go for breakfast or lunch, but a real value add to people with food sensitivities, and people within an adventurous pallete Bravo to the whole crew at Explorado Market!

The bagel centered sandwiches here are excellent with generous portions of meat (if you're into…read morethat) and tasty bagels. Service is good but can get overwhelmed during lunch hour. However, the hot drink menu is confusing and bizarre in some places. This would be no big deal if it weren't a bagel place. Where arguably hot drinks are probably the menu item for which many frequent the establishment. Today, try as I might I couldn't simply get two espresso shots the advertised price on the sign. Both people working tried to ring it up as two separate espresso shots at around $3 a piece. They didn't bat an eyelash at my comment that why would I pay $6.50 for two espresso shots when a latte that contains two costs around $5. They said to ask upper management who sets the prices. Their sign for espresso has the sizes in oz which makes no sense as espresso itself is already a standard size/volume. But even the sizes on the menu for espresso have 2 shots, 3 shots, 4 shots written under them (priced reasonably as a drink) and then the price to add milk is +1. So, the menu pricing as designed makes some sense. But, the staff doesn't seem to understand how to ring up the items it would seem. Anyway, I had to settle for a latte as I couldn't bring myself to pay $6.50 for 2 shots of espresso.
