The staff is sweet and personable, just as any salon staff should be. However they are also very professional, a quality which some places in the area lack! No lunch/supper sitting out while you get your hair done, etc. Kelly is my hair stylist and I absolutely love her. She is very much open to doing exactly what it is you want. She also asks questions as she goes, which is great. However, if she's not available, any one of the ladies there are great.
