This was my first lash extension experience and I could not haven chosen a better place…read more Lashes by Ty has convenient online booking reservations and the best part is that she is available on Sundays and will accommodate as needed. Her salon was super easy to find. Ty greeted me at the door at the time of my appointment, she asked me what my preferred look was and being my first time, I wanted a very basic look to start off with. She gave me different options in length and spacing and helped me decided on the look I was going for. She explained that if I needed to come back to have her add or remove any lashes after we were done, she was would happy to accommodate. This was probably the selling point for me. It put me ease to know that even my pickiness would be welcomed! We spent about an hour and a half on the table as she worked on my lashes, keeping me updated on exactly what she was doing. I could tell she putting real effort into her work to be precise and gentle to keep me comfortable. My lashes came out beautifully! Afterwards Ty gave me special instructions on how to care for them in the next coming weeks. She made the whole experience for me such a great one, with lash look that I wanted, with her professionalism, and her overall sweet personality.

The mall closed at 9pm, and after consulting the mall's information board, I made it into Sandeep's chair at 8:43pm. (I know, not a great start.) I was truly embarrassed that I barely beat closing time, she was exhausted (I could see it on her face and she confirmed it), but I needed her... BAD! She pushed through, and even joked with me about the horrific state of my brows. Her work was fabulous, and because I still felt bad about closing time, I kinda' tried to rush her! She showed me my brows, they were perfect and I quickly sat up to leave, she practically pushed me back down! Sandeep proceeded to trim my brows with scissors. (Oh yeah, forgot that part! Great!) She showed me again, they were even more perfect, and I sat up again. She pushed me back down again and whips out a bow stencil, brow brush, and shadow. I reply, "Thank you, but that's really not necessary. It's late and I'm just going home to wash my face." Sandeep smiles, taps my shoulder (cue for me to shut up and lie down), and fills my brows in anyway. My brows were camera ready when I left. Who does that past closing time? I'll tell you who... friggin' Sandeep. That's who! Because of this epic introduction, she's my Mississippi brow girl from this day forward! P.S. My mother-in-law, who was with me watching from the waiting area, is now a fan also and can't wait to come back to Sandeep for her first threading! What a win tonight Sandi! You've won our hearts!

I hadn't been very successful and usually felt as if I was settling for whatever was near. I stopped in here solely out of convenience. It's right on my way home from the gym. Best spur of the moment decision I've made in a while. The place is clean and decorated fairly decent unlike some of the more stark salons around. The people who worked in there were really nice. Not only did my nails look great, but they were done fairly quickly which is always important to me. Not only that but I had broken one of them a few days after I had them done. Probably at work or something so I stopped in to get it fixed. I totally prepared to pay but the guy did it for free. That really tells me that they care about the people who come in there and want them back. I can tell you they won my business and I'll always recommend them to others.
