There were a few places that responded to my request. Rachel from Sparkle was the most responsive to all my questions. We started corresponding on Wednesday and my event was the following Monday. By Friday we were ready to go. 2 popcorn machines and enough supplies (kernals and bags) for 200 people. She delivered the machines by 8:30AM when my contract didn't have a start time until 9AM. She knew I was concerned I wouldn't know how to run a popcorn machine. I am always a concerned when I am using other people's money makers..lol...I don't want to mess it up. Anyhow, she was thorough in her directions. Even left me a printed instructions sheet to refer to. The popcorn was the highlight of the training. We decided to go with Lisa and we are glad we did. I sent Lisa a photo of my vision and she delivered on the Arch and center pieces for our picnic birthday party. Communication was great leading up to our event and on the actual day of my party, Lisa was on time and worked efficiently to get the balloons setup for the birthday before our scheduled start time. Lisa and her partner were very kind and pleasant to work with. When they came to pick up the balloons after the event, she made take down look so easy and there was no mess since all balloons were popped into a garbage bag. Lisa even gave some of he balloons away to kids who were asking for them. She was responsive via email, patient, kind, and professional. She used my inspiration photos and nailed what I had in mind. Lisa showed up on time the day of, and she got the balloons setup in under an hour. She set them up on Saturday, May 27 and I just now took them down on Monday, June 5!
