The male staffer behind the counter was cordial, nice and even offered to teach Me to ride a motorcycle lol, I politely declined, as I am safety cautious and prefer to keep body + limbs intact! Granted you do receive the refund back but they just don't reply to emails even if you have a question about sizing. They need to be stronger in this area especially during this time and all the time actually. Don't send them direct messages on IG either bc it will go unnoticed and unanswered. The best is to call (which I have) if you have any questions. However there are times when calling is not option but sending an email is. I suspect she may be the owner based on her total comfort being as nasty as she was, and the other employee's demeanor truly felt like fear of her. This was the most trashy, miserable customer service you could possibly get, and you'd expect much better from a boutique in the Malibu Country Mart. I walked in genuinely excited to check the place out after being away for a bit, but for absolutely no reason, she took immediate offense to a completely innocent, cheery interaction, where I asked if it used to be a different store, which it used to be. Instead of being professional, she chose to respond with intense blank stares, dirty looks, and an incredibly hostile attitude. The entire time I was browsing, she proceeded to shoot me icy glares and engage in unprofessional whispered laughs. Sorry, you are a retail worker.
