Since I am recently handicapped, I had trouble getting into the store due to a "bottle neck" (no pun intended) at the cash register closest to the entrance. During earlier visits, I had to wait 2-3 minutes to get into the store, because the owner decided to position surveillance cameras anf a snack stand right at the entrance register. During those two prior visits, I told the staff that the display was forcing customers to touch each other coming in or leaving the store. They were nice folks but unwilling to convey the message to their boss (who was not there at the time). During my llast visit ("last"), the BOSS was there and he had no interest in understanding my problem coming to his shop with walking sticks or a stroller. He said just walk around" (through the equally crowded back of the store). My observation was dismissed as a waste of his time! Sorry to see this great store reject both COVID protocols as well as customer relationships. Luckily, we have other choices in AA!

Upon entering, the clerk immediately fixated on me while completely ignoring other patrons of different races. He even paused his conversation to say, "One second, I need to watch him." That level of bias and disrespect is disgusting. No customer should be treated differently based on their skin color.
