We were really happy when we stumbled upon this place! We were originally going to stop at another…read morespot ( patate frit) but it had closed on October 16, so we Yelped around and found this gem. We decided to come after a long drive since it was Halloween. When we walked in, the staff were dressed up, which was super cute. They even offered us candy I took a KitKat and my boyfriend grabbed a Coffee Crisp, lol. There was an older couple nearby having fish and chips, and it smelled amazing. We decided to go classic: a small poutine, hot dog, and hamburger with a drink. Our total came to around $35-$38, which might sound a bit high but honestly, I'm used to those prices and it was totally worth it. I loved how fresh their cheese was SQUEAKYYYY I'm pretty sure it comes straight from a local farm. The fries were perfectly crispy, the coleslaw was finely shredded, and the hot dog had that soft, fluffy bun that's just right. The hamburger had that smashed-style feel thin, juicy, with just mustard, onions, and cabbage instead of a pile of toppings. We'd 100% come back whenever we're in the area and definitely recommend checking it out. I'm so glad I got to discover this spot on the last day of October perfect way to wrap up my monthly Yelp reviews

If you want a really good poutine experience, I recommend coming here…read more The smoked meat they put on top of the poutine fries reminds me of brisket from Texas. Very flavorful, juicy, good amount - they don't skimp on the serving. I washed it all down with a banana wheat beer which was perfect. I tried their chocolate cake dessert because I didn't feel like going out and searching for a dessert spot. It wasn't for me but it was still pretty good.

Poutine is LEGIT…read more With so many places offering poutine, it's hard to know which one to go. We ended up choosing this place and are sure glad that we did. Came here around 11ish (after we hit up some bagels) and figured we'd grab some poutine to take back to the hotel. It wasn't that busy on a Monday morning, which was fine with us. The place was pretty colorful when you walk in, and it looks like this place was ready to serve the masses. Alas, we were getting take out, so we did not have the pleasure of dining in. The place has a decent amount of offerings, from hot dogs and burgers, to breakfast favorites including omelets. But let's be honest, that's not what you came for. No, you came here for the poutine, and what a selection of poutine they have. From your classic poutine, to the Elvis (minced steak, peppers and mushrooms), and others just drowning in smoked meats, it's hard to go wrong. My family ended up getting two "regular" orders (the person at the counter said a regular is good for one person, but the two orders fed all 4 of us, no problem). We ended up trying "the curfew" (ground beef, onions, cheese sauce, hot peppers and mac n cheese bites) and "The shoot-out" (smoke meat, bacon, spicy sausage and pepperoni). I swear each order weighed 2-3 pounds by itself as they did not skimp on any of the ingredients. OVERALL - LOVED it. I'm not a poutine connoisseur by any means, but I do love fries...and gravy...and meat.... and this place hit on all of those things. There may be other poutineries closer to you, but this one is definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. CELEBRITY RATING - Ryan Reynolds
