I'm from California specifically the Central Coast where Mexican Restaurants are abundant and to encounter one in Spain is extremely rare. My friend and I decided to walk over and take a look. Upon entering the cozy establishment we were met by an older gentleman. The restaurant itself is painted in vibrant colors, the Mexican flag adorns one of the walls, wooden tables and chairs take care of the space. You could hear Juan Gabriel signing throughout the establishment. My friend and I sat down at the table, got to know the owner, and chef Daniel. I told Daniel, that I've missed having spicy salsa in my meal these last few weeks. He said he would do his special salsa with "chile de árbol" I tell you, when the chips and the salsa were placed at the table I went all in. After the first bite, it felt like I was enjoying my parents home spicy salsa. I added plenty of salsa in the tacos of cochinita pibil, carnitas and chicharrones. The whole meal was delicious. After our meal Daniel was kind enough to send me off with a container of salsa and corn tortillas. So if you're in need of a true Mexican meal, go and pay Daniel a visit.

For Spanish standards, early means 9pm and very late means 1am for dinner :D But if you really want mexican food there is a queue, please, do avoid the temptation of crossing the road and going to Amanecer (another Mexican restaurant in the opposite corner), one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in Seville.
