For Spanish standards, early means 9pm and very late means 1am for dinner :D But if you really want mexican food there is a queue, please, do avoid the temptation of crossing the road and going to Amanecer (another Mexican restaurant in the opposite corner), one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in Seville.
