Left some bits of wax behind and some hairs, so expect to have to shower off afterwards. The deep massage was... interesting. It started great while I was on my back, but then I flipped to my stomach. This wasn't a massage chair, it was the same one used for waxing (think of the one at your doctor's office), and there was a scratchy towel below my face and my neck had to be at angle. Was fine for waxing, but while your face is being pushed down by hands on your head the feeling can get pretty uncomfortable. The massage itself was good, if it was just the portion on my back I would even recommend. Can't recommend the portion on the stomach though - would actually recommend going elsewhere for a scalp massage because of it. On top of that I could hear two employees talking outside my room the whole time - not loud enough to hear what they're saying, but loud enough to distract the whole time. I think a proper massage chair and a "no talking above a whisper outside rooms" policy would have changed the whole experience.
