Fortenberry roofing kept reaching out, asking when they could complete the repair... At which point, we reminded them that the roof was already repaired & provided a paid receipt by the seller. The manager reached out, informing us that while the repair had been paid for it has not been completed yet and they wanted to know when they could go out and get it done! We are thankful for their persistence and their integrity! You can bet that when the entire roof needs to be replaced, they will be the ones we call! Great customer service is very valuable!

I have to be honest and…read moresay I was leary on choosing a company I had not heard of also my last roofing job was done by a friend's relative and had a negative experience. John did a great job explaining the details of what was going to be done. We were impressed by him because other bigger name local companies were just in and out and didn't seem to really give a damn if we chose their company or not. Armor did exactly what was expected and more John was able to increase our claim by pointing out some things that the insurance adjuster missed. Luckily our insurance USAA adjusted the claim and we were able to get out chimney completely redone and reinforced because the original contractor did poor craftsmanship. I was surprised the chimney didn't come crashing down during the strong winds we had a few months ago. We were so satisfied with the roof work that we decided to hire Armor to put up a brand new privacy fence with a beautiful stain at a more appealing price versus the big name local fence companies. Our experience with Armor was a positive experience and would recommend doing business with them.
