Kathy has an amazing rolodex of contacts for getting things done like tree work, basement sealing and painting, and rubbish removal quickly and reasonably priced. Kathy prepared a thorough report on comparable properties and helped set a reasonable price for our property that had few comparables. She ran an open house and even unstopped a toilet after one of the viewers plugged it - I never thought that would be a seller's agent service! Kathy was there through the entire sale. I had moved, and was no longer able to be on site, and she handled all of the last minute issues before closing. My house sold quickly and at near asking price, which means that it was correctly priced and well represented. She earned her commission and I am ever grateful.

I thought he was an upstanding man, but I guess as he ages money is his only motivation. It's a shame This complex is terrible for Northampton and most of all it's going to make an unsafe road deadly dangerous. Shame on you, Murphy's! I thought Northampton was worth more than that!! This is supposed to be affordable housing! Please explain to me how $1.4 million is affordable???

I do not recommend working with Ilene Berezin to sell your house. I wanted to sell "as is" but…read moreevery time a buyer asked for me to do/pay for something, Ilene told me I had to and didn't suggest negotiating costs. So, I ended up selling the house not "as is". It shouldn't have been listed as such, as there was nothing wrong with it and I didn't realize that it would scare off buyers. Also, she listed the house too low; after a couple of months I insisted she raise the price. Ended up selling $13,000 higher that she originally listed. Her knowledge of the market was inadequate - the house should have been listed higher at the beginning. Should have sold for at least $8,000 more than it did. She's a buyers agent - seemed to be more accommodating to the buyer and I felt she didn't adequately represent me, the seller.

We submitted an offer that was $32,000 over the asking price and fully understand that sellers have…read moreevery right to accept whichever offer they feel is best. We have no issue with not being the winning offer. What was disappointing was the way the communication was handled. Before our agent was notified of the seller's decision, we discovered online that the home went under contract. Days later, our agent finally received an email stating that "the seller has accepted a much higher offer than yours." The wording and overall tone of that communication came across as condescending and unnecessarily rude. Combined with the delay in notifying our agent, it left us feeling that professionalism and courtesy were lacking throughout the process. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions most people make. Even when an offer isn't accepted, buyers deserve timely, respectful communication. Based on this experience alone, I would not choose to use this agency's services in the future, nor would I feel comfortable recommending them to others. I hope this feedback encourages more respectful and professional communication with future buyers.

After standing out in the rain for an hour we were rushed in with the staff muttering to themselves about how pissed off they were about the event. My daughter was hesitant to go up to the characters but we were continuously shouted at to hurry up. I myself can understand the incredible wait time was stressful for the staff, but the experience itself was awful. It will not be memorable in any way to my child because we probably spent less than a minute in the actual room with the characters. Having no one to help me, I was not even able to get a picture with my own phone because the woman refused to take one of us. I was told to scan a QR code where I will have to dig through hundreds of photos to find a rushed photo of me and my daughter. Standing behind a family, I overheard that this was not the first time the company held this type of event. Needless to say, we won't be back. The company would probably appreciate that since the wait time was ridiculous anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
