Quick turnaround time, did a great job on the pieces I dropped off. I will use them for future projects.

Wanted to have a fuel oil tank sandblasted, primered and painted. Quoted price provided by Nelson's…read morewas $250 for this service. Upon completion, I went to pick the tank up and he said my bill was $700. I argued about the price at which point we went into his office where my information was wrote on an index card, and the price was $250 as I originally thought. Got the tank home and upon very close inspection, the tank had not been sandblasted... you could see the marks under the paint where they just took a disc grinder over the tank to clean it up. There were areas around the threads that still had the old green paint. The paint had a few scuffs from unloading it and yes, the old green paint was still underneath. No trace of any primer applied either. They just went over it with a disc grinder and sprayed black paint over the old coating and remaining rust. Fast forward a few years and the tank is rusting and blistering in the same places as before... if it was properly sandblasted and epoxy primered like I thought I was paying for, it probably wouldn't be rusting sitting inside my pole building. Buyer beware if you are having this place do any type of sandblasting, painting or restoration work on old parts. They obviously take shortcuts on their work and aren't organized enough to keep their prices straight.

Poorest work ever, also changes his prices on you. BEWARE.
