CCC is most unprofessional and I am unsure if it is CCC policy to be so unhelpful and uncooperative or if it is just the specific support staff I am interacting with named Victoria as her way of not dealing with reasonable questions when an incomplete Email was sent out to many clients. I received no replies that answered my question and was completely ignored after my 4th Email to get the most basic information of how to get contact information so I can determine when and where my next medical appointment is related to the cancellation. The cancellation stated if we have questions to ask and supplied the Email address to ask-but they do not respond. 1) To whom can I file a formal complaint on how this situation and more specifically my straight forward common sense question can receive a reply similar in approach to how the cancellation notice was provided (by Email)? 2) Can you please also raise my question to your immediate Supervisor since CCC has ignored my last inquiry and failed to supply the contact information for me to the new appointments time and location? 3) Once again as per my last 4 Emails; I received by Email only that my appointment has been cancelled and much later that a new appointment has been made (learned throughout multiple Emails). The original cancellation Email had no information on any new appointment but did state that "if I had any questions I could contact CCC by Email" (which I did on 5 occasions) to ask related questions. On that note may I again ask for the contact information (Email and phone) to learn what time and what location this new appointment exists so their is no lapse in my medical care? The person he saw didn't check his medical history, he suffers from bipolar disorder with extreme depression and manic episodes, and was told to smoke cannabis which triggered him into psycocis. It fragmented his thinking and I had to get a judge to sign a Form 2 to have him put into the hospital. Extremely irresponsible in my opinion and not even worth 1 star.
