We were having trouble latching our baby and her calm and professional approach meant that we had him latched during the appointment in a position that we had not been shown by the hospital lactation clinic. It made all the difference. Baby continued to latch in this position and we could even remove the lactation tube that we had been using. The best part was that I didn't need to pump anymore as my baby was breastfeeding exclusively. I am so grateful to her. Stephanie Jones

There was this one point of visualization where I saw my younger self in this cabin like room and I looked at her and she was scared and backed away from me but looking very intently. I reached out my hand just as Kelsey told me to give yourself a hug and I was like how did she know... and the girl ran to me and I just broke down. Really fantastic experience and gorgeous atmosphere!…read more I've known of Andrea's Ayurvedic treatments for years now, and had a couple of sporadic sessions with her when she was working from her old space. It was always a really lovely and nurturing time. This new dedicated temple really takes things to a whole new, breath-taking level! The practitioner's there really know their stuff, and the consultations they provide are insightful and en pointe. As a natural practitioner myself I am very familiar with holistic methods, and even I learned a great deal about taking my health to a deeper place while in their care. I purchased the big package - Ayurvedic wellness consult, facial, head massage, and full body massage. Full disclosure, it was on a Groupon, or I would not have been able to quite afford all those services at once. It was a truly luxurious experience, that had me reaching new planes of relaxation. From the sumptuous healing tent the treatment takes place in, to the personalized scents and oils that get utilized for your session, it's a first class immersive experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend treating yourself and your loved ones to one of more of the services from Ayurveda Rituals!

The sessions are individualized and catered to your own body weight, age, etc. so it feels like a private workout session. The owner Kate and her staff are amazing and very knowledgable about how the machines work--they will walk you through the process, especially if it seems like an intimidating concept at first. Definitely give it a try if you're looking for a low intensity workout with results!

They have a great variety of herbs in various forms (loose, powdered, tinctures etc.) and package your dried herb purchases in cute little sealable paper bags that are neatly labelled. The staff member assured me that herbs were either organic or wildcrafted and that they were fresh since the owner buys only small amounts at a time. This was good to know. I bought some coarsely ground Stevia leaf and I may come back for Dandelion root. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is that I have yet to test the quality of the herbs myself.
