The day of the appointment get a call to cancel the appointment, no rescheduled date, get the "We'll call back to reschedule"!! since then Crickets!! no call back nothing. If I could put 0 stars I would but that would ne unfair to the first part with the booking agent. Very unprofessional on the part of the people who are supposed to be the professionals. Shows TOTAL lack of consideration for patient care & patient needs. They are obviously a scam, using people's frustration with mainstream medical science desperately looking for a solution to problems they're having that mainstream medicines aren't solving, to take their money.
