This dispensary has a line forming before they doors open, make sure you get there early. From what I understand they never sell out people are just excited for them to open. You can smoke in Canada however the store prefers if you choose to do so outside you know the following: There is a fine for smoking while driving and I believe the fine is $1000 you will also be fined if you are caught in the store without a valid ID. No edibles! I was looking forward to purchasing edibles but that's ok. That gives me a reason to come back. Everyone was friendly, the supply was good and the price was right. The budtender was knowledgeable and asked probing questions so you can get the right product. They had novelty items too which were really cool. They even had greeting cards to can place a pre roll or joint inside. I'd recommend this place its convenient, parking is plentiful and they have good hours. read more

I gave it a try few times. Every time I go there , they are out of what I picked on line, and ones I was there, they try to sucker me into buying something way more expensive . Their website is never updated properly and there is always( in my experience) out-of-stock issues. I found nothing "elevated" about my shopping experience there. Friendly faces and awesome atmosphere. Maybe it's because I'm American but I've never once encountered a friendly security guard until I went to Choom. After showing our IDs we were greeted by an employee with an iPad who was knowledgable about the products they had to offer and was quick to suggest a few products to us. Looking back we wobbly should have gotten something stronger. The preroll we got canoed pretty quickly. We were in and out of the store quickly. I would return! read more

Went here Saturday w no knowledge and was helped by a nice girl. I didn't know what I liked so I got a few varieties of sativa and one indica to see which was better for me. When I was cashing out i had to ask which one was the indica bc no one told me which one was which. The guy behind the counter put an i for indica on that corresponding box and I left. I came back yesterday and was helped by another person know having tried a few things I knew I absolutely did not want any sativa at all. The very first thing out of my mouth was I don't like the sativa at all I absolutely do not want any of that. While going back and forth with the salesperson about which kind I want and what im looking for I mentioned several times how I absolutely did not like the sativa and didn't want to have anything to do with it. We bounced around a few options he highly recommend a strand and I purchased two pre rolled boxes went to the cashier a female got my purchase and left. I get in my car open the box about 30 min later after another stop and as I'm opening it not only do I realize it says sativa it's the exact same strand I had the day before and it has no where near the amount of thc the male salesperson said would be in there. Obviously I'm very upset. I'm on vacation and I just spent $90 on garbage weed. I come back to exchange it for the proper indica and the assistant manager was rude and condescending. Being from America I obviously don't know the rules and regulations apparently all sales are final. Good thing the have a tiny one sheet sized with not even bold lettering to let ppl know that. After refusing to help me even though their sales person screwed up in every single way he offered me 15% off of something else. And then threatened to kick me out bc I was irate. Now I didn't scream I was a little louder than my speaking voice and yes maybe after getting nowhere I did swear a few times but obviously I am irate. He goes to get the actual manager who then tells me that also the people cashing you out are supposed to go over with you what you've purchased to make sure it's correct. I told her that absolutely didn't happen or obviously I would have noticed the sativa and not purchased. After much back and forth bc two different people screwed up and not only did I get what I didn't want it was the exact same strand that did absolutely nothing for me the day before. Out of thousands of strains what are the chances!!! They kept telling me they couldn't help me. That's great about the law but two ppl made the mistake and after realizing I had to as which strain was indica the cashier on Saturday didn't do their job either!!! How ridiculous! She said she was goin to write the ppl up. How does that help me? I'm out $90 and garbage weed I don't want. The manager did go in the back and claimed she got money from her own purse and gave me a refund bc the store wasn't allowed to do refunds. However she asked me to never come back as if this were my fault in any capacity. I was not rude or nasty but definitely did convey my unhappiness so I'm not really sure why I can't come back. Maybe the employees are just too high themselves to do their job properly. I looked forward to this for months as weed is not recreational in my state and they ruined this experience in every single way. How hard is it to listen to a customer and actually do your job and make sure ppl are getting what they want. Pretty pathetic from a "processional" place. I would absolutely recommend going somewhere where they actually train their employees and actually make sure they are doing their job!!! What an absolute nightmare.
