Fantastic Gym! I…read morehave been looking for a decent gym for a while now. The 24 hr 7 day a week aspect definitely suits my needs. I work at really off time and need something to accommodate that. So on to the customer service..... I had stepped in the facility and was immediately greeted by a staff member. They gave me a tour of the facility and explained the fees and classes to me. They made me feel comfortable and really took the time to answer my questions. They have a freezing feature which allows somebody to preserve part of there membership if they go on vaca for a time, and all there classes are included in the membership!

It was brought to my attention that staff members were speaking ill regarding my demeanour and make false allegations including defamation in my integrity. Alex (the front desk staff as well as a trainer) was speaking to a member Omer Tanoli along that conversation there was false allegations made, Alex took that information and passed it to Lupita (another front desk staff and a trainer) which went to Adouce(another front desk staff) and it had been brought to my attention. I emailed Jason to bring this to his attention as I was unable to sleep and my appetite was extremely affected. In the email I did let Jason know I brought this Alex's attention when I spoke to Alex on the morning in October 1st since this allegation was being tossed around several people and he was the main source speaking to Omer. Alex denied that ever happened and he doesn't speak to Omer on those terms. Later on that day I received a call from Omer Tanoli receiving threats and asking why I spoke to Alex. I let the matter go for a few days but multiple other people at the gym kept bringing this to my attention, so I message Alex on instagram asking if I was able to speak directly with him and Omer for clarification. Alex proceeded to say I was "borderline harassing" him because I felt as if I wanted clarity. I did let Jason know I have substantial proof this was being said, Alex was making false allegations against me and Omer calling me the exact day I spoke to Alex in person. I feel as if Jason does not take responsibility for his staff and instead cancelled my membership because he didn't want to deal with the situation. I did mention to Jason I wanted to sit down in person and speak with him and show him the information I have so he may handle it in a professional manner. The staff are always in their phones, they are not attentive to any situations arising and they look out for the best interest of themselves and not members. I've been a member for over a decade at this gym just to be terminated because he refused to take respond the defamation his staff was causing.

If you like small clubs with no towel service, dingy moldy shower stalls (50-50 chance of having…read moresoap), and you like coming in at 6:30 and the club's not open yet (supposed to open at 6) then this would rank #1. It is perfect for me because it is close to the office with about 10 aerobic exercise machines, a small weight machine circuit, and free weights. There aren't a ton of classes, one or two at lunch, and after work. If you are looking for the big gym with a ton of options, then this gym may disappoint. BTW, the towel service issue mentioned below has been resolved, and the gym has been renovated. So now it is clean, nice and right, small.

There are different routines each time you go with a different theme such as strength or endurance. You spend a certain amount of time on the rower, treadmill and doing floor exercises. So there's a great variety and all the coaches are really experienced (they're almost too by the script sometimes). The music is always high energy and the Orangetheory screen which shows your heart rate/calories burnt/splat points is really handy to keep you motivated (provided you have one of their heart rate monitors). This particular studio does get a bit crammed when the class is more than half full (12+ people, which is often) as there isn't a lot of room in the waiting area. But it's not an issue when you're working out. It does get fairly busy as there's only one studio in the city. So you should book your spot in advance through their app at least a day earlier. Parking is generally easy to find although workday evenings you might have to park a bit further away. Everyone is friendly and the exercises are easy to tailor to your abilities. I'd recommend this gym and location.

They have great variety of stat-of-the-art equipment; rowing machines, assault bikes, bikes, etc. They also offer yoga classes and squash lessons. The change rooms are super tidy and spacious. The Owner and trainers are very helpful and explain all the events before you start your workout; they also walk around to correct your posture during the exercises.

The machines are pretty ok. I like that it's reasonably quiet and convenient to work out then buy some groceries afterward. It's nice to try out if you get a chance.

A good variety of equipment, but could use a little more variety in classes. I find the 6:30pm time slot always has the most boring classes. Cost is okay, $28 every two weeks. Worth it if you go 3-4 times a week. Location has lockers, showers, a sauna and tanning available as well. Lastly, shout out to Debbie at the front desk for being super awesome. It's great seeing the same person every evening :)

The best thing about a new building is that not a lot of members know it exists, teehee. This place has cardio machines on cardio machines so I'm guessing during a peak time you probably won't have to wait for a cardio machine depending on what you want to use. Recently was robbed too, my locker was open clean, all my cards gone, but he left the wallet and ID. Couple of days later I hear s guy talking that he was robbed just now 15 minutes ago while taking a shower So yes, they are watching you closely right away as you walk in and then keep eye on you at all time, probably two guys. About equipment most of it is okay. However those machines are not new. Now, when they are broken, they are out of service for weeks like they don't care to call someone to fix it, just put a note aut of service, that's all Now there are two Ropes for the whole Gym One of them looks like is 30 years old and when it breaks, they have no idea how dangerous that can be (picture below) I recently bought 4 of them and I brought it here so people can use it and not waiting for one forever. I have always wanted to try Pilates and saw that this gym offered this in addition to spin classes. When I called, the reception was extremely helpful and answered all my questions as someone who had never done Pilates before. There is a lot of parking on site, which is convenient. The gym is very clean inside and the Pilates studio has high ceilings and is spacious. With two young kids, I can't go to every class, but I enjoyed the one class that I attended. So much so that I signed up for the class next week as well. Good for: fitness

They offer frequent bootcamps and strength training bench, squat and deadlift. The personal trainers are top notch. The members are friendly. And there's an adjacent Torque Wellness for Pilates, Yoga, Spin and restorative sessions. My trainer, Jenn is outstanding.
