I had my treatment done by Walter he was very courteous about the intensity the i could handle and very thorough in the treatment/massage. After only two sessions of one hour each i feel much better. Somehow he has managed to get that muscle to UNtense itself. Now that it is not permanently tense i have noticed the moments that are causing me to tense up that area I think with some self work and Walters help i will be able to feel more balanced and not react with tension to my neck.
