When I contacted the manufacturer, they wouldn't accept a return because the store isn't recognized as an authorized seller. Thats why everything is so expensive here. Look for better prices elsewhere. They aren't very helpful to new growers at this store either. I've met several new growers who say they went here, yet they weren't educated and don't know how to grow. I stopped going to this store for many reasons that make me skeptical of their business practices and professionalism. Overall, my experience did not reflect respectful or responsible community conduct towards others.

However, I was not greeted when I entered the store. I gave it some time and walked around the store for roughly 15 minutes and was not spoken to or offered any assistance. I made a point of picking up several items that I was going to purchase had the staff shown any interest in wanting my business. Sadly, this shop is like many others of this type. If you are a person of color, you are not acknowledged. I mentioned my displeasure with my experience and very little concern was offered. I find it quite interesting that the store had bumper stickers regarding living life without hatred or bias yet, I watched other patrons, white patrons receive assistance yet I was not acknowledged in any way.
