Went to buy some edibles. They have a handicap button to come inside. Came in with a pride scooter. Said I could not use it in the store. I askaccommodating. inside by the wall out of the way. He said no it was a hazard which it would not be. I won't be back there. Went to Stoked down the street. They were nice and acvomodating. read more

NOT wheelchair accessible. My grandfather and I came here to get some goodies and were told we had to leave his scooter that he physically needs to get around outside of the building because it was supposedly a fire hazard. Absolutely insane and incredibly rude. Don't waste your time or money. read more

My Bad experience with Canna Cabana I'm nearly 70 years old and this was my first venture into a so-called dispensary and made a purchase intended for a gift in the family . Its now a month later and still have only 1/2 the item that i payed for at til ? A two piece glass bong and removable bowl . Where's the bowl ? Original email to Canna Cabana purchase location as follows...September 10-2022 " I purchased that glass bong 2 weeks ago as a ggift for someone special ...(thinking contents were all in the purchase bag ) I hand it over to intended gift recipient in your purchase bag , bubble-wrapped and there is NO BOWL in package ? The gentleman in mid 20's was quite helpful , if not forgetful would have been a good experience . I am no longer in Thunder Bay , am near Guelph for quite a spell , is there a head office email or customer complaint phone number ? you already have my phone number , I believe there was one attempt from you to contact me , roomer instructed not to answer . I am not in that city ." Canna Cabana's reply , Upon further investigation of the sale we can confirm that the bowl was unfortunately missed at the till after the purchase was completed. After consulting the budtender that helped assist you, we can confirm that there were attempts to reach out to you via the provided contact number on your account but unfortunately the attempts were left unanswered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund electronically as the product was purchased physically in store with cash. If you wish to have a refund the item will have to be returned, to any Canna Cabana, in unused condition. As mentioned, we can communicate with a Guelph Canna Cabana in your area and have them prepare a bowl for you for pick up instead.
