Went in to get some green and upon entering in felt a sugar low (2.5mnol) I had a mango drink with me so I didn't put my mask on and began to treat my sugar low (life threatening) while telling the front girl way I could not put my mask on at the moment but would put it on after I finished the drink I had. I then told the sales person inside the store and that I would stay in the corner away from any one till I finished (30 sec). I then asked to have my order so I could pay and go. Unfortunately they disagreed with me treating my now severe sugar low (medical distress)in the store and it started to get worse when they started getting aggressive\abusive with me (manager and cashier) and saying that they are going to kick me out out and refused my order saying I am causing a scene\being aggressive....all this while I'm going depper into the sugar low. Then they where made fun of my disabilities after I laughed at what they said due to my traumatic brain injury\damage and tried explained it to them. (yes like the joker I laugh when stressed) During all this callus treatment not one of hint compassion or help just that they could call a ambulance which I said to call but they just stud there looking at me telling me to get out that they only aloud 2 people in store and they want me out so someone can get there weed. So I left (staggered out) the store but could only go out front as I could not move as my blood sugar where still very low. Was out front for 45min (37c temp) till my sugars where good enough. During this time not one person from spirit leaf came out to see if I was ok but the business next door did. Really think that your store needs to got sensitivity\compassion training, First aid, customer service and how to help diabetics in life threatening medical distress. Thank you for showing the true colours of your business and Spirit leaf as whole in the treatment of the disabled or people with medical conditions.

They state on their website that refunds are on a "case by case basis. " Which in laymen's terms means, only unopened products. How are you supposed to know if a product works without actually trying it out! When trying to return 2 products that literally stopped working in the middle of a sesh. They tried to blame, they do not stand behind the products they sell and they didn't even try to contact the company when I returned the product. The bald guy at the store said I would be contacted about the issue I was having. Waited three months, with no contact from the store whatsoever.
