Aimee was 100% professional and so caring. The "application" of sorts really got into details, and it's the details that matter in quality care. She goes the extra mile, trying to play with unfriendly cats (like mine) and even takes pic's to text you (so sweet). My cat always hides, yet she had a pic of him taking a treat from her hand-Are you kidding me?!! Incredible. She left a personal note about anything that transpired (e.g., he threw up once). More than anything my cat pees in the house when mad or upset. He was good the entire time. No pee-YEA. Kudos to her kind, experienced, and warm approach.

Jennifer at Pet Massage is amazing! My friends know how…read morewell I take care of our sweet Dash, but I definitely stepped it up a notch with hiring Jennifer. In his old age, Dash has gotten very stiff (as many of us are :)) and shakes a lot when he is standing. I've tried the regular stuff (anti-inflammatory meds and glucosamine), but it wasn't doing the trick. I decided to take massage therapy lessons from Jennifer so I could learn how to keep my boy out of pain. I'm learning and she really is a miracle worker. Dash went from walking with zombie legs to having full mobility in his legs ... its absolutely amazing to see how quickly he responded to her touch! And don't feel like you have to take lessons, she does massage, as well as, physical therapy for our furry pets and you can just watch them heal! When we relocated to St. Thomas two…read moreyears ago we needed to get our dog Dola updated with a few more vaccinations and she was adopted with heart worm in Hawaii the previous year so we had to make sure, with another test that it was completely gone. We were also fostering a puppy, Lani, from the humane society and decided to get her checked up too as she hadn't been to a vet yet. Dr. Boden was very thorough and gentle with my fur babies and he's an easy veterinarian to talk to about any concerns. He wasn't bothered by all of the questions I had for both and patiently answered everything. The facilities are up to date and very clean. It looks like this was once a massive residential home that was converted into a clinic. The vet techs and the front desk team truly care about their patients and Imperial is open on the weekends which is a plus if you work M-F. It's really easy to get appointments and they are fully operational again after the hurricanes. We had to stop by last week to pick up records before we left St.Thomas. Despite just walking in and not calling ahead, the front desk lady was so helpful with all of our requests. If you live on the West side of St. Thomas or in Charlotte Amalie, Imperial Animal Hospital is a great place for your fur babies veterinarian care. #St.Thomas #USVI

He is a very shy kitty, but Dr. Boden and his staff handled him with such great care and it eased my mind too! They answered every question I had and were personable and sweet. The clinic is conveniently located on the road above Scotia Bank. Not much traffic and easy parking.
