Shelley is such a great trainer. I have taken my dog to her for over 20 years. She has a solution for every training situation.

Troy and All Dogs Unleashed Colorado springs changed everything for Hazel & Jack*…read more I can't say enough about Troy and his amazing staff at All Dogs Unleashed. The training was outstanding and gave me a whole new outlook on handling Hazel and Jack. Before, they would bolt out the door every chance they got. Now, Hazel and Jack wait for my command and are so attentive to the training Troy taught me. The staff gave both of them incredible attention and hard work every single day. You can tell they truly care and are passionate about what they do. Troy doesn't just train the dogs - he trains YOU how to work with them. I feel confident, in control, and Hazel and Jack are happier because of it. Best investment I've made for my pups and my sanity. Thank you, Troy and team!

We originally went to All Dogs to help our older dog with reactivity. When we moved into an apartment complex, he became extremely reactive on walks and needed more frequent walks because he no longer had the option of zoomies in the backyard. I did what I could but my efforts just stopped the behavior, it didn't seem to help with his stress. He wouldn't bark at people or dogs but he'd still be super stressed out when we passed them or were near them and it was just unavoidable in that neighborhood. After his training there, the difference was insane. He was so much more confident and definitely got to actually enjoy his walks. That alone is worth 5 stars but hold on, cause there's so much more. We've moved to a country in Europe. We thought we had everything taken care of for his travel but found out a week before departure that an i or a t had been missed and we wouldn't be able to take him with us. All dogs boarded him and took such good care of him. They were so incredibly lovely. We dotted that missing i, crossed the missing t and my husband booked a round trip to pick him up. After a 15 hour + journey, he found out there was yet another issue and, once again, our boy couldn't come home with us. AGAIN All Dogs were so helpful and accommodating. They're still looking after our boy as we have to wait a few more weeks before I make the round trip to pick him up. If you want to entrust your dog to a group of people who genuinely care for and about your baby, this is the place to go.

We boarded our anxious, stubborn and dog reactive golden retriever for the 10 day program. Anna was her trainer and she is awesome! Our golden came back much more confident and able to follow commands. She did still require lots of at home training to solidify her learning but we can now take her on walks with much less reactivity. The group classes are also great as a follow up to the boarded training.

Keep in mind, the release also states that you will not post any negative comments on social media or websites and that you will remove any negative content that you have posted. " They are basically not going to give me my money back until I drive all the way across town to their facility & remove my negative reviews based on an extremely negative experience. I have posted the text messages I sent asking to book an appt & got no response. I sent out emails asking for help & nothing. It wasn't until I started to post a negative reviews on here that I finally got an answer. Now Cindy is saying she's going to come to my house & unless I sign some release form & delete my post she will not give me a refund. I also posted an invoice of how much I paid for this "service". They took my money on feb 02 2019. They didn't allow me to bring my dog in until February 21st. I picked up my dog & scheduled a new appt on March 12, I was unable to make it due to work & ever since then I didn't hear back. My dog became aggressive towards me when trying to use the shock collar they provided. I was finally contacted by Phill last week who told me I needed to wait for Cindy who was on vacation to call me back Monday. No big deal, I waited weeks to finally hear back, what's another week going to do right? I emailed this morning asking for a refund again.

He was severely aggressive towards other dogs and sometimes humans after being attacked when he was a pup. even though he grew up socialized, he was always frightened, spazed out in public and would 100% look for blood from any dog that was too close. DAYCARES WOULDN'T EVEN ACCEPT HIM!! We tried getting advice and watching videos online but nothing worked!..I now get complements about how well behaved and awesome my dog is.. By the end of our first session I was almost overwhelmed with the the fact that half the techniques you hear/watch about training and living with your dog, are actually ineffective/opposite of what really produces effects!!!! Even after a few sessions with consistency and use of the tools (highly recommend the training collar!!) we already had a changed dog. He has his confidence back and I truly have control and communication with him. Every session is a new hurtle. I would absolutely recommend!!

Camp Bow Wow Colorado Springs East

Camp Bow Wow Colorado Springs East

I've held off on leaving this review in hopes that the owner of Camp Bow Wow would reach out to me…read moreas promised. He never did -- which says everything you need to know about how this place is run and how little they truly care about the dogs in their care. On May 10th, I dropped off my 4-month-old golden retriever puppy, Doug, for daycare. Around 4 PM, I got a call from a staff member named Anna saying Doug had been injured while playing and was bleeding. She said I "may want to take him to the vet" but left it up to me. Naturally, I was shocked and immediately asked, "Is he okay? What happened?" They said his gum was punctured while playing with another puppy. Okay -- accidents happen. But here's the kicker: this happened at NOON. They waited FOUR HOURS to tell me my puppy was injured and bleeding. That is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. I asked why there was such a delay in notifying me. Anna -- who had just gotten into work -- apologized and said her manager was present when it happened but chose not to contact me. Let me be clear: I am trusting you with the care of my young puppy, and when he gets hurt and bleeds, you don't even have the decency to call me immediately? I was livid. Not only was this dangerous for Doug, but it also put me in a horrible situation because my regular vet closes at 2 PM on Saturdays. Instead of having the option of taking him to our trusted vet, I was left with the much more expensive and time consuming (who wants to make their nervous pup wait hours at a vet?) option of an emergency vet -- all because they didn't pick up the phone. I told them I'd be right there (I live 5 minutes away), and as soon as the manager found out I was coming, she left. No accountability whatsoever. Anna was amazing -- the only bright spot in this disaster. She was sincerely apologetic and even admitted they've had ongoing management issues. She told me the owner, Nick, would call me on Monday and even offered to cover vet bills if I took Doug to their preferred vet. That call never came. The next day, I got a call from Sienna (I believe that's her name), who apologized for not calling sooner and for leaving before I arrived. She claimed the delay was due to her "reviewing the footage" -- which is a terrible excuse. I made it clear I didn't care how it happened, just that someone should have told me IMMEDIATELY. She agreed she had no excuse but still managed to shift blame by saying Doug was playing more roughly than the other dog. He's a puppy. They play rough. That's expected. Don't try to blame a puppy for your negligence. Again -- this isn't about the injury. Accidents happen. I completely understand that. What I don't understand -- and won't accept -- is the complete lack of urgency, transparency, and responsibility. I spent the weekend flushing Doug's mouth, cleaning up blood, and watching him like a hawk because you failed to do your job. Luckily, Doug is okay -- his regular vet advised us to monitor him closely, as antibiotics are not ideal for such a young puppy. But the real issue? Not only did Nick, the owner, never call me -- even after being told I was expecting it -- but I haven't heard anything from him to this day. I did get an email from another staff member asking how Doug was doing, and I responded that he was better but never heard back. No accountability. No follow-up. No professionalism. It's heartbreaking because Doug loved daycare. He had so much fun and would get excited every time we pulled into the parking lot. But thanks to this experience, we can no longer trust anyone else with his care. You've completely ruined that for us. And you've also lost what would've been regular business -- we had planned to use your grooming services and board Doug for an upcoming trip. Not anymore. To top it all off, if you watch the live cameras, you'll notice that most of the time, the staff is just sitting around chatting -- not watching the dogs like they should be. Extremely disappointed, furious, and heartbroken. Do NOT bring your dog here if you expect them to be well cared for. Because if something goes wrong, you may never even find out -- until it's too late.

She's very old now but I still bring her because she enjoys it so much even though she is crippled with arthritis now. I pay a little extra for her to get 15 minutes of snuggles when she's there and she is a very happy puppy. They are diligent about giving medications exactly correctly and anything else you could want from them. I love this place and my dog loves this place. It's so much better than just boarding a dog in a little kennel where it's miserable for weeks. Here they are allowed to play all day and they are not stuck in kennels except perhaps at bedtime I'm not sure how that works.
