They work so hard to understand and get to know your pup, and it really shows in the level of care. We walked in without an appointment and were immediately visited by the receptionist and an owner. They asked thorough questions on what he's like with new people, how he feels about baths, etc. They even offered to try a product on display (CBD oil drops) to help calm him down beforehand! They had me fill out an application and went over some details about their employees and standard bath procedure. Then, I got an expected time for when he'd be ready to get picked up. After about 60-90 minutes I got a call saying he was ready. When I got back to the shop, I was shocked! It was easily the most comfortable I've seen him with strangers. He's a shaky and scaredy boy, but he was sitting pretty in an employee's arms when I got back!! They also gave him a cute bandana to show off his new look :-) Would highly recommend these folks for anyone who's used to washing their dog in a kitchen sink or tub (AKA me!)

I called Barking in Style who answered on the second ring. I was quoted $65 for all inclusive grooming included a bath, nail trim, anal gland expression for $65. I think this is a fair price as anal gland expression alone runs $30-$40 depending on where it's done. They were able to take him in today. I dropped him off around 10:00 a.m. smooth check in, ladies were nice. I got a call around noon he was ready for pick up. When he was brought out to me, he was calm & happy, not anxious or stressed. 10/10 would recommend this place.

She is very attached to me so she barks a lot being protected of me. They seemed to be worried that I had never had her groomed before. I told them she had and as soon as I leave she will be good as gold as everyone has told me that has groomed her. She was walking around sniffing and found something on the ground. Your associate said why is she foaming at the mouth and I wiped around her mouth to realized it was soap but still I could tell you're associate did not believe me. When they were done they said she was good as I stated. Then we went out in the store to get a harness for her that she could not riggle out of and a another associate came over to tell me she could not walk around without a leash and my husband told her that is what we are trying to buy and she was still rude. I have never had such a bad experience at any other place I have been. The minute I told associates at other stores that she would be good after I left, they understood and took her lovingly from me so she would calm down. I never have had such a bad experience as today. She will most likely have diarrhea after eating soap off the floor. Not a happy experience!
