To come, you have to reserve a spot (1-2hours) so this alleviates overcrowding. During summer, the morning time until 10:30am is for 3 year olds and younger only. During the rest of the year, it is open to the other ages. Apparently, this was not communicated clearly so some of my other mom friends with kids older than 3 were turned away upon arrival. It's beautiful inside. The colors, aesthetic, layout. The play area is gated off. Everything is baby proofed. Two story play area with climbing, ball pit, low stimulation touch screen game, mini trampolines, and more. There's a small area specifically for infants. I climbed around the entire structure as well. There's at least one worker supervising and cleaning the play area. The cafe is outside of the play area, but very close where you can supervise your child. There are also 4 cameras so you can see your child even if they're inside of or behind a structure. There are 2 large companion restrooms with diaper pails, stairs for toddlers to reach the sink, & most everything is touch free. I really appreciated how clean everything was. We will definitely be back!

Upon walk in there is a section for adults to make coffee and a few lounge tables. They also offer snacks and drinks for children (for purchase). For the fun. They have a play area for infants that's safe from bigger children. Perfect for crawling babies. Lots of soft colorful toys and soft climbing toys and safely gated. For 18 months and older they have a fun indoor climbing/slide set up, play kitchen and grocery, play construction, play fire station, animal clinic, dress up room, train room, lego wall, little tike push cars, small balance bikes and more. I love that there are sitting areas in the middle for adults to watch their older kids. I also appreciate the area near the restroom with a chair for nursing and a changing table privately located in the back. The staff were very friendly and told me all about upcoming fun events. If you look at their calender they do lots of fun events for babies and toddlers. This fun establishment is also great for renting their party room for a birthday or other special occasions. Overall this place is a great spot in Brevard for kids to let their imagination go wild.

Staff was pretty rude to my nonverbal autistic son. Kept trying to talk to him to get him out of 18 mos and under and didnt listen to me when I said he will not respond. 3. Access control is weak. A kid could easily push past main door into a busy parking lot. Theres only a child gate to stop on the other end. Would not take a nonverbal kid that is a "runner" here. I have an older nonverbal autistic child that was a runner and there is no way I would have taken her here. Shed have easily bolted out the door. 4. Staff intervenes in kids play A LOT. I noticed staff intervening in other kids' play to stop them from doing things. Ive been to other play places and this stood out to me as odd. Id say this place is OK for most. But the weak access control is concerning. It you take your kid here you will have to pay close attention to them.

I stayed for about 6 hours, and during that time I noticed several issues: Many kids were not sharing or playing nicely, and no staff stepped in to guide or correct them. The front desk lady's own child was especially up-noxious and disruptive, which made the situation even more frustrating ,There was also a woman who sat at the front table nearly the whole time without watching her child. In all the hours I was there, she only got up maybe twice to check on them. This place could be so much better if staff were more attentive and if children were encouraged to play respectfully.

To make it weirder, there were parents with their kids inside the playground staring back at us awkwardly. So now my toddler is ready to have a fit. We had to go to the nearby boba tea place and buy a $6 smoothie to pass the time until the woman came back from her lunch break. Not the best experience for me but my son had fun.

The big one had soccer and basketballs along with a "full" court. The only one our smallest wasn't able to do was the slide, and that's only because she can't climb...and I wasn't climbing with her. The bathroom is spacious and has a changing table, which is great for the tots! We got to meet the owner and he was nothing but hospitable and welcoming. We recently had my kid's birthday party here and the planning wasn't easy. After lots of calls to their customer service in Texas and one in-person visit (with little to no help), the party from the outside was a success for the guests, but a huge headache for me as a parent. The hosts disappeared several times during the party. I had to find larger socks and the remote to the television, we ran out of cups, and guests were confused about the check in process. Apparently they only hire teenagers who didn't know how to communicate with the guests because they constantly seemed bothered when asked to do something. We had 22 kids and their parents in 2 rooms, so yes I expected support from the hosts. Be aware that they operate a birthday party machine. Your party is one of the 20 -30 being hosted there on a Saturday. They are very strict with the start and stop time.
