The guy Gary was rude and annoyed at a simple question. I thought his job was to help me find part I needed.

Funny employees, but not enough of them it feels like…read more Not the best AutoZone, but also not the worst. They are very helpful when it comes to replacing part they did not work for you and and also helping you find what you need. I wish they offered/asked about your rewards card every time you purchased because sometimes I forget and they have done that for me at other AutoZone

This location has been the worst for customer service. We've given it more chances than it's…read moredeserved so we're giving up. The only reason I give 2 stars is because they do generally have items in stock. Getting those in stock items is where the battle begins. We know every one of our vehicles well and generally know what we're looking for. Getting the "know it all" people at the counter to agree that it's really the part we want and need becomes an argument. We have some classic vehicles that have been changed & restored so the make, model and year don't always apply. Those have become off the table here because they can't function without those 3 questions. We also have newer vehicles that take different STOCK parts than what immediately comes up in their system. This is also a full on argument. It's crazy to have someone argue with us about a vehicle they know nothing about. We thought this last stop in would be quick and easy but even with giving the guy a part number he wanted to go through the whole system of make, model, & year. When we insisted that didn't apply he told us he couldn't help us then. We went down the street to OReilys and picked up what we needed in less than 10 minutes. It's just not worth the hassle, bad attitudes, & terrible customer service to shop here.

Zero stars if i could…read more I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. Things started off poorly when I arrived for an appointment that I had scheduled in advance and was told I didn't have one. After showing voicemail messages and phone records confirming the appointment, it was acknowledged that I did have one, but I was informed that several other vehicles would now be ahead of me. Over the next several months, with my approval, additional work was added beyond the original estimate. When I finally received the vehicle back, the bill was nearly three times higher than the original quote. Unfortunately, the vehicle immediately developed a severe oil leak from the valve cover area. I was instructed to bring it back, but no tow was offered or suggested despite the severity of the leak. I checked the oil level and attempted to drive it back to the shop. The engine failed and locked up just a couple of miles away, requiring me to have it towed in. After discussing the situation, we agreed that installing a rebuilt engine would be a fair resolution. I agreed to pay $500 for labor and another $500 to add wiring for the oil pressure and generator warning lights. Nearly a year later, I received a call that the vehicle was finally ready for pickup. However, it barely made it a couple of blocks before I discovered the brakes were dragging badly. This was especially frustrating because brake work had been part of the original repair request. The shop kept the vehicle for another couple of weeks before I was able to pick it up for a third time. At that point, I was informed that the newly installed engine would carry absolutely no warranty. After all the time, money, and frustration involved, I ultimately sold the vehicle just to recover some of my expenses. Throughout the entire process, the attitude and communication were overwhelmingly negative and only seemed to worsen over time. What's particularly disappointing is that I used this shop about 17 years ago and received excellent service. I later learned that the mechanic who performed that work has since passed away. Sadly, the quality of service I received this time was nothing like what I remembered. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I would never want someone else to go through what I experienced here.

I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used car to go to Wilsonville Honda. Airen was knowledgeable, helpful and made our purchase a pleasant experience.

Dear Parker Johnstone,…read more Last week, I called Wilsonville Honda to get a quote on a side view mirror replacement. Jessica quoted me a total price and confirmed it included everything, including labor. When I called back today to discuss options with the parts department, I learned the mirror could be ordered without an additional cap component, saving me money on parts. I appreciated his honesty. Afterward, I contacted the service department to confirm the new total. Rihanna quoted me a new price that remained nearly identical to the original quote, which didn't make sense if the parts cost went down. When I called back to discuss this with Jessica, she became defensive. Rather than working through the math with me, she claimed her original quote had never included the cap, directly contradicting what she had told me last week. Unwilling to admit that she had misquoted me, she attempted to rewrite history by gaslighting the parts department representative, who'd been completely professional and straightforward with me, by suggesting they had misquoted me. When I calmly tried to explain what had actually happened, Jessica dismissed the conversation entirely, saying "This conversation is going nowhere". Throughout this experience, both Jessica and Rihanna's attitude and refusal to listen to the customer was apparent. This was not the positive, excellent customer service I had come to expect. On multiple occasions, I've driven an hour to this dealership in the past because of your reputation. The dismissive, high school level behavior of Jessica and Rihanna have soured my impression of your dealership and have made me unwilling to return. I made it clear from the start to both of your staff members that this service would be for my mother, a first time customer. Thanks to them and their hostile attitude, you have lost two customers.
