I dropped my bike off for storage back in November, I have stored here many times before, I…read moreappreciated the service I got, not this year. when you drop it off two days before payday amidst working multiple overtime shifts and say "I will be in to pay the $500 storage fee up front for the season on Friday" and be cursed and swore at trying to give someone that much money a month before Xmas - never again. went to pick up today and paid them for getting new tires put on (tires purchased at Atlantic recreation - great, fast service). When they brought my bike out I asked a few questions about the prep before bringing it out and the guy who rode it around said "it's on the sheet." and kept trying to walk away. On the ride home the bike started wobbling, so I brought it to Honda and after 3 weeks of them checking my bike over discovered only thing wrong was the tires I paid them to install weren't balanced. I could've been injured - great job.

I wish I didn't have to write this review, but after this morning, I'd rather never go back in…read more Long story short I was given bad information from an otherwise very friendly and accommodating employee. The owner, after learning of his employees bad advice, was rude, cold and completely inappropriate. I understand that people go through things, but in retail you have to do your best to leave that at home. I have worked retail, I understand it can be a thankless job, but I expect better from an owner. Long story, I have a chainsaw that has needed regular repairs. It's just over a year old. The last time I brought it in the employee suggested it might be a factory defect and I might want to try to get the $100 cost of repair covered by Husqavarna. I contact Husqavarna and they say, "You should have never paid that. You're covered for two years." I ask if Toybox should have known that? "Absolutely," says the man at Husqavarna. So I call Toybox back. The man is apologetic and says bring in the reciept tomorrow and we'll get your account settled. I tell him my father has the receipt on the west coast. The man at Toybox says, "Don't worry about that, we've got the receipt in our system, come in tomorrow and we'll get you sorted." Nice. That's what I've been used to from this company. When I come in, and tell the story to the man at the store he is %100 lacking any care for the situation. He asked, "Okay, so what do you want me to do?" Um, maybe refund the money I wasn't supposed to spend? "I'm very sorry sir, but the information you were given was incorrect, and we cannot service a refund without the receipt," would have been the best answer. What he said was, "Yeah, well was the guy you talked to the owner? No." I explained that it was a real hassle getting out there with my two boys, 1 and 3. I said, "I know you didn't do anything wrong and I didn't do anything wrong, but this situation really sucks. Maybe you should talk to your employee" He didn't say much but his disposition was "I really don't care." And now I don't care about your store.
