They came back and appeared to have difficulty figuring out what to da and the next thing I know they sent me a text saying an employee was injured and they had to leave. I asked if we were rescheduling and they said they'd get back to me. This was on Friday so Monday morning I contacted them only to be told they just changed their insurance and were no longer covered for tree removal. Didn't even have the professional ( I use the word very loosely) to let me know they weren't coming back. I 100% do not recommend.
