    Thanks for finally taking care of the issue Mary. It was actually pleasant to come home this evening to a landing free of debris. It should not have to come to negative reviews to compel action and adherence/enforcement of community rules. Have management actually do their job all the time. Huge bonus.

    This is what the inside of my bedroom looks like and has looked like for a month now. Management cannot be bothered to fix this. Will be getting out as soon as there lease allows. Getting lots of promises but no actual repairs for 3-4 weeks.

    I wish I could rate just the leasing office because they have been nothing but unhelpful and dont…read moretake any accountability for their wrong doings. My leasing agent (I dont remmeber her name) made so many mistakes. She bait and switched us in the sense that she told us we would have the larger fridge (which we expressed how excited we would be to have one) and then rufused to take accountability for that when we moved in and had the smaller fridge. After our tour she said she would send us an email of what apartments we were interested in and that was never sent, we had to call right before they closed for that info (so we could get the deal that was going on at the time and was ending soon) and another person had to basically guess what she told us, and then she never sent the email after that either. She also never sent us our move in email. I had to call DAY OF move in to get that info ( which said it needed to be completed before move in, but she never sent it) (I also asked the manager and she said that they usually try to send it out a week in advance and that we mustve been looked over, which is also not helpful). After we moved in and confronted her about the fridge she denied it and I had ask if ther was someone higher up that her that I can talk to and she said no. Then I proceeded to get into contact with a woman who in fact was the manager and she was also very rude. She also didnt take accountability for anything either and made up excuses for all the bad encounters Ive had with the leasing office in general(like the leasing office not answer calls or emails) and her "compensation" for everything was giving me her personal email to get into contact easier with them. If they had just been honest and said it was a mistake I would have given them some credit but they just dont want to look bad. Besides that mantenance is great and the place itself is nice and Im sure this doesnt happen to a lot of people but I want some accountability from them. I will edit with names if I figure them out.

Entrance to the building is accessed by a key fob that is given to you when you first move in. Coin Laundry machines and dryers are located in the basement of the building for your convenience. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't like the fact that the heat is controlled by the whole building. I can't adjust it myself. I also don't like the fact that you can hear others in their condos below, above and beside me. It makes me feel as if I don't have enough privacy and control over what I do inside of my own place. Other than that everything else is fine. The people who work the front desk are all very friendly, courteous and helpful!

    Location: Nice condos which are close to everything downtown- USC, Five Points, The Vista. I…read moreusually walk everywhere except the grocery store. Safety: Need a key fob to get inside. There are 24-hour courtesy officers which check in guests and accept packages. The courtesy officers are friendly and try to remember everyone by name. They also do rounds about the building and the garage. Amenities: Small pool with plenty of lounge chairs. A small courtyard with grill. Trash chutes on every floor. Three elevators (one is for service). Carts for transporting groceries and large, heavy stuff upstairs. Small workout room with: 3 cardio machines, a do-it-all resistance machine, and some hand weights. Workout room kinda sucks but is better than nothing. There's also a room one can reserve for parties, meetings, etc. No problem with bugs; Pest control comes around every month. Parking: Parking garage has reserved spaces and other parts of the garage is also used by USC and the city. If you're considering to rent an apartment here, check the availability. There are a handful of visitor parking spaces in front of the building. There's street parking- free on weekends. There's also a bicycle rack. Demographics: Mix of residents students, professors, retirees, government officials, etc. Overall this place is great, but there are some cons: There isn't really any green space here other than the grassy area across the road. Regime fee is very pricey and internet is not included. The laundry room is coin operated and I always have to scramble to find quarters. The pool is next to the garage and loud AC unit. The heat and AC is controlled by the building. Heat isn't usually turned on till November.

    This apartment complex is one of the worst my child has lived in. The front desk is terribly rude -…read morethe manager Morgan Brown was condescending, MEAN, and would not even have a conversation. The apartment itself was in poor condition, the maintenance requests were rarely answered and when they were they "fixed" the issue and it was broken again two days later. The resident portals were never correct and the staff did little to try and fix this issue. The gym equipment was always broken, the hallways smelled of pee and fast food, the pool that we paid extra for did not work for half the year and it again shut down, the hot tub NEVER worked. The pick and prod you for every little dime, don't even think of getting a security deposit back. The residents were told upon move in that they would be able to use an app on their phone to open doors and that has not been the case AT ALL. My BIGGEST ISSUE: The apartment complex's security issues are HEINOUS - there has been instances that creepy men have gotten into the lobby (doing inappropriate things with himself) and harassed the young women and followed them into elevators and when this was brought to the manager Morgan Brown's attention she told the resident it was a "public" place and she could do nothing about it and dismissed the scared resident completely. If you have a daughter DO NOT LET HER LIVE HERE.

From the moment we moved in the WiFi…read moredidn't work, even asking the front desk multiple times and calling the WiFi it still has showed no improvements. No one in my apartment has been able to watch TV all semester. Additionally our dishwasher is not powerful at all and doesn't clean the dishes resulting in us handwashing dishes all semester. Furthermore our washer and dryer has broke multiple times this semester and even after fixing it, it still does not function consistently. This semester we also experienced a water leak in our ceiling resulting in our ceiling dripping dirty water into our apartment. Even after notifying the Nine about this issue it still took several weeks to fix. Our water heater doesn't work for the shower and my entire apartment and other residents take cool showers as there is never any hot water, even in the morning. It feels like the parking gate to enter the garage is constantly broken and not functioning due to cars hitting the post, which takes atleast a week to fix resulting in nonresidents parking in the garage. Finally there is not enough parking for residents. Multiple residents I know still pay for parking and don't have a designated parking spot. There are also only 4 guest parking spots for the entire apartment meaning guests rarely have a place to park. I don't recommend living here and would highly encourage looking into other apartments.
