The chemistry is palpable, and it almost feels as though the two of you are already dating! Meeting up is just going to be a formality! And then the big day comes.... and all of that excitement vanishes the moment you meet up. Somehow there is no chemistry... and the conversation falls flat. That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I've seen countless commercials advertising this store, and have always imagined shopping nirvana when the two of us met. I thought this would be a match made in heaven! I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. For now, I'm going to give them three stars and hope for the best. I'm hoping this love story will still have a happy ending.

The experience felt closer to a used car dealership than a Bespoke Tailor experience you see in movies. Nine weeks after being fitted I was texted to come in and try on my suit. It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. I am likely to purchase another MTM suit but my next purchase will be at Guffey's or another option. HKT missed an opportunity here to capture my repeat business.

The London Trading Company is definitely my go to store now instead of ordering online from the UK for Barbour product. I'll definitely be back.

I visited the store in hopes of finding a pair of odd trousers to match a blazer I have…read more 15 minutes into my arrival, I wasn't helped from an associate until I looked around and pretended as if I was lost. When I was finally helped, I told the associate I wanted to try on the trousers that I selected in the changing room. After trying on the pants, they were far too small and I noticed there were three different sizes on the pant labeling. Again, I had to pretend like I was lost to get help about the issue from a separate sales person. To his credit, my sales associate remedied the issue by presenting me with another pair of trousers...with the exact same issue. It was at that moment that I realized all the clothes were missized and mislabeled. Again, I pretended to be lost inside the fitting room as other associates helped their guests, and I was finally helped by my assigned sales associate after an additional 10 minutes had passed by (he even admitted he forgot that I was even in the store)... To top it off, the "in-house tailors" said that they could not even add a hem to the trousers I selected within their store. I've purchased several suits from this SuitSupply location. Sadly, it sounds like I won't be returning.

I didn't have an appointment but Gregory patiently helped me try on multiple suits including measuring and pinning them for potential tailoring. When I settled on a suit I liked, I asked if it would be possible to have it tailored and shipped to me by that Saturday, just 5 days away so that I could wear it to a special occasion. Greg came through getting a rush in the tailoring and personally shipped it overnight. He did a great job on the measurements and it fit perfectly! This is my third suit supply suit and they are all great quality. Great service - I'll be back to see Greg again the next time I'm in town.
