She'll starve without her prescription liquid food. Every now and then they'd get a back order and we'd wait a day. This is okay because we order ahead of time in case of a back order. We've been doing this 10+ years and still have to do this...Well,we ordered Wednesday and it hasn't came in yet. My wife calls today and they don't have it and tried to tell us it wasn't a normal order and it was a big order,they don't know when they'll get it. "Maybe Monday",she says.They acted as if they didn't care at all. We still don't really have an answer. How could they do this? What's happened here? I'll never shop with Walgreens again after this. With a staff change across the last few years, the pharmacy service has dramatically degraded. They repeatedly were several hours off their stated Rx pick up times. A few times I've dropped off written scripts on one evening, then go to retrieve the prescription the next evening, just for them to begin to fill that order AFTER I arrive. I've moved my pharmacy requests to be serviced next door.
