My wife calls today and they don't have it and tried to tell us it wasn't a normal order and it was a big order,they don't know when they'll get it. With a staff change across the last few years, the pharmacy service has dramatically degraded. They repeatedly were several hours off their stated Rx pick up times. A few times I've dropped off written scripts on one evening, then go to retrieve the prescription the next evening, just for them to begin to fill that order AFTER I arrive. I've moved my pharmacy requests to be serviced next door.
