This is the fastest mode efficient Walgreens pharmacy that I've used. This is how other Walgreens should model themselves after. Great job!

Ridiculously slow with minimally trained staff. Frustrating to deal with them. Prices are higher than necessary for shelf items.

They took our money and delivered terrible customer service. The initial consultation went…read moreextremely well, in fact, we were really impressed with Dr. Bentley. I was looking forward to a breast reduction. I had to do my own leg work to obtain medical clearance and I made sure they had everything they needed. They lost my paperwork four times and I had my doctor at UAB and my local primary send over everything they needed. This was planned months in advance. I called a couple of months prior to the surgery date and they said they had everything. Two weeks prior to surgery a girl from their office called me to tell me that they needed my paperwork and I was in disbelief that they were once again saying they did not have my paperwork. I have a history of afib and a blood clotting disorder so with these two areas of my medical history, I, nor my husband, felt comfortable moving forward with this practice. I politely declined the surgery at this point because of the lack of assurance we had. It's perfectly normal to doubt the point of what else would they forget while I would be under anesthesia given the number of times they lost my paperwork. The office manager told me that I would not be refunded my deposit back because I was the one who cancelled. What part of that "they dropped the ball" do they not understand? Does Dr. Bentley even realize why he lost me as a patient or does he even care? I believed in this physician enough to give them payment so why in the world do they think I would cancel for frivolous reasons. The reasons were legit and they should have made this right by doing the right thing. We own our own company and when someone drops the ball, we, as the owners, make it right with our clients! Apparently not all business owners are created equal.

I called days before her appointment to explain we did not have insurance and would be self pay. They said okay and gave a price of the procedure then a few days later I confirmed appt and said SELF PAY on it. When my daughter went to her appointment the front acted like they didnt know it was self pay & when Dr Peters saw her ALL of the sudden the place on face would be more "invasive" & we should wait until her insurance starts in April. (Im sure to commit insurance fraud) Because the place on her face looks the EXACT same. What has changed is that he can not charge whatever he wanted to insurance. After my husband called to argue with the front Dr Peters agreed to do the procedure but it would be TWO days later. I left work and went their office to get an explanation & found out they charged my credit card $79 for an office visit!!! I said he denied her service today why was I charged?? And their reasoning was that Dr Peters did see her briefly. They are CROOKS and FRAUDS! I cancelled all future appointments.

So happy Montgomery now has a baby Sephora inside JC Penny. At least if I am in town, since I have…read morea good idea about the products I want, I can hopefully get them here. Because it is a smaller store, of course it's not going to have the huge selection available at a freestanding store. However, there were items that were on display, like the Sephora X topcoat . I asked if any were left--apparently I took the last bottle--which the associate had to look elsewhere to find. I am such a huge supporter of Sephora because of the stellar personal services offered, but this location is different. I have never visited a location where all the sales associates stood behind the cash register, and talked to each other, not really paying attention to the customers. Now, there was a make up artist that greeted me several times and asked me how I was doing, but I really did not expect help from him because he was giving someone a makeover. I had to go seek out assistance when there were only 3 customers on the floor. The associates did not seem to know much about the products at all. Because of this, I asked if the store had recently opened, and I was told it have been open for about a year. So, I'm not sure what to think. Maybe more training needs to be done on the products? Maybe it's still relatively new compared to more established locations I've visited? Whatever the case, this was a very disappointing couple of visits. Just not what I have come to expect from the Sephora brand.

Many times I've been there, the employees weren't aware of Sephora's promotions. I went in this store last week to return something and no employees were there. I waited a few minutes for an employee to arrive, but I had to go inside JCPenny and ask an associate for help. The associate finally found the Sephora employee. So much time had passed by then that I had to leave, as I had another appointment. Who would leave a store completely unattended? I try to shop online as much as I can to avoid this store.

When I went back in and asked about it, he acted like I was the problem. The ladies up front were very nonchalant and said, "Sometimes that happens." It shouldn't happen! It had never happened to me before, and it has never happened since. I was having trouble after the procedure, and I went to his competition in town without naming Dr. Barrett. The new doctor told me upon seeing my face that nothing could have caused that except a dentist being too rough. In addition to the roughness, Dr. Barrett is what some other reviewers said. He is cold, rude, and very blunt. Zero bedside manner. If only I had read reviews before going to this dentist, I could have saved myself so much trouble.

The only negative is if you have a big vehicle the parking lot is a little tight.
