They supplied and…read moreinstalled three solar sensor lights at our side entrance, which turned out to be completely ineffective and unsafe. The motion sensors only activate when someone is standing directly under the light -- leaving the entire approach in darkness. Despite multiple follow-ups and written assurances, Joban failed to take any corrective action. I am eight months pregnant and have already suffered a fall due to the poor lighting -- yet even after explaining the urgency and safety risk, there was zero accountability or response. It's appalling that a company can ignore a client's safety concerns, especially when they've been clearly informed of the hazard they created. Repeated reminders, emails, and deadlines were completely ignored. This kind of non-performance, negligence, and lack of professional ethics is unacceptable. We are now having to hire a licensed electrician to redo the entire installation at our own expense -- costs that we plan to recover from Hexagon Services due to their breach of duty of care. If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind, do not hire Hexagon Services or trust Joban with any electrical or installation work. Their unresponsiveness, false assurances, and disregard for client well-being make them one of the most unprofessional contractors I've ever dealt with.
