Booked a round trip from Airport to Playa del Carmen hotel for a group of 10. Easily done from their web site. They sent emails for confirmations. I was able to contact them for questions from their WEB site, by email and by phone, no problem. Used all three methods. Good, quick and professional responses. Fair prices, nice vehicles. It worked out great. I was able to pay ahead of time. When we arrived, they were waiting with the cold beers and sparkling wine that we ordered, it was a great welcome to Mexico. Direct no hassle, no extra stop, trip to the hotel. They picked up the group, on time and it was an easy ride back to the airport. We also used them for a private tour to Chichen Itza and a Cenote. The driver gave us an orientation of the area on the drive out, and also hooked us up with the best guide, Manny, at Chichen Iza. I highly recommend the tour guide. They go through a 3 year training program. We left at 8am and were able to go at our own pace, stay as long or as short as we wanted. We stayed one step ahead of the big tour buses, and thus missed the crowds. The price included transportation, entrance to Chichen Itza and Cenote IKIL and buffet lunch. Six of use went in a van. It was a good deal and a nice comfortable trip. read more

Recently used Canada Transfers a few times in Cancun. First ride was a private shuttle from the airport to Playa Mujeres. After we got our luggage and walked outside the airport, there was someone waiting holding a sign with my name on it. You never know if the person willl actually be there, so it was a sign of relief when everything went as planned. Not to mention, they called that morning to confirm and called while we were grabbing our luggage. Great communication. On our departure, they showed up at our hotel as expected, even early. We also booked them for a private ride to Chichen Itza, which I highly recommned. It's pretty expensive, but with the private ride, you don't make any stops to pick up other people, and you can take as long or as little time as you want at each site. After Chichen Itza, we went to the Ceynotes and lunch. Our driver was excellent, was patient, took care of everything for us, got tickets at each place and was just awesome. They provide excellent service. Would definitely use them again! read more

It had been years since I traveled to a different country other than Canada, so I was a bit nervous on what to do in a foreign country. Booking the airport round-trip transportation with Canada Transfers took care of my worries! Booking and paying online was easy, and I got a confirmation via email very quickly. There was a bit of confusion regarding my reservation (totally my fault), but Canada Transfers called me and we figured out the problem, even with our difficulty understanding each other. They were very willing to help me sort out the problem. I had heard horror stories about the people at the airport trying to get you to buy excursions, time shares, etc, but Canada Transfers told me exactly where to go and how to avoid these people. I had no problem finding my liaison. My flight was delayed, but they knew my flight info so they were prepared for me any way when I arrived 2 hours late. I chose not to order a drink, but they did have water and cold, wet towels. I chose Canada Transfers based on a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. You will be, too! I will definitely use them again if I travel to Cancun. read more

This company was amazing They were professional and on time every time.We changed our times and they accommodated us quiickly We would totally recommend this company read more

Fantastic experience. They took care of several trips as we had multiple people in our group coming in at different times. They were reliable, on time, professional to the max (perfectly ironed suits) and knew my name when I walked outside of the airport, without me identifying myself. It was impressive. HIGHLY recommend. read more

PLEASE AVOID CANCUN SHUTTLE! I had no idea how horrible they were until going with Canada Transfers. I'm calling out Cancun Shuttle because their service was a nightmare, almost making my partner and I miss our int'l flight in April 2018. Conversely, we went with Canada Transfers last week (Aug 2018) and the service was stupendous! The driver offered us a chilled moist towel upon leaving the airport, and they didn't lie charging us for private shuttle service (see Cancun Shuttle) only to pick up other passengers to drop at la Zona Hotelera when we were headed to Puerto Juarez. Our return was an absolute dream -- the driver awaiting us in a chilled van (it was August) -- instead of making us wait for 45mins (see Cancun Shuttle). I emphatically recommend Canada Transfers, and will book with them next time. Gracias, amigos! read more

They were easy to work with. Honest about pricing. On time. Smooth ride to and from our hotel and we were the only people in the car each way. I missed my initial flight to Cancun and it was easy to reschedule the new time. I would definitely use them again if I returned to Cancun. read more

Great reliable service. The 30 minute transfer is about $33USD which is expensive for Mexico but didn't want the hassle of more waiting after a long fligh. The driver is super friendly and will wait even if your flight is delayed. Highly recommend it. Value 3.5/5 atmosphere 5/5 service 5/5 quality 5/5 18.5/20 read more

Excellent shuttle! Drivers professional and very polite. Plus, they will bring you alcohol when they pick you up!!!

The company has reached out and apologized profusely and has dismissed the rogue employee that took part in this ordeal. They have shown their integrity and excellent customer service. The GM himself reached out and even offered a full reimbursement, but I found this to be unnecessary since it was the employee and not the company, at fault. read more

I didn't book these folks until the day before our trip. Had some serious doubts about whether or not they'd come through. They did. It was absolutely fantastic. We were met by someone just outside the airport and walked over to a waiting area and offered cold bottled water. The van came shortly thereafter and we were provided chilled moistened towels to cool off and began our 30 minute ride to the resort. I had ordered beers for the ride (how can you not when they are $2 or $1 (for corona) ??? I paid for round-trip service and they confirmed the afternoon prior to departure and arrive exactly on time. I have to admit that I was surprised that this service was so good and their prices are fair (very good actually) - I would urge anyone considering a ride from airport to hotel and back to consider these folks - they provided us with a great service. read more

Worth every penny! We used them for our trip to Cancun last week. Drivers were always on time and provided an excellent service. You can book easily online and you can pay at the airport. Highly recommended! read more

We had the best experience using this company. We took them from the airport to our condo and had a private drive. We found them super quick and the Playa hospitality was evident immediately. We then booked with them on a tour to Tulum and Xel-ha and our driver LUIS was amazing. He was with us all day long and engaged in conversation and was willing to help with anything we wanted to do. We will be using them again and recommend you use them! read more

Very professional, on time (even early!) highly recommend this company for your transportation needs. Vans were clean, drivers were competent & friendly. Thanks for getting us around safely & quickly! read more

Worth the money! Saved us money in the long. They were on time and friendly! The cold towels were a huge plus!

I was so wonderfully pleased with Canada Transfers on my recent transfer from Cancun airport to Tulum. I was lucky enough to have ridden with Eric both from and to the airport. (He was punctual but just as important, a delight to chat with!) The car/van was spotless and comfortable, and the entire process was seamless. Five stars all around. read more

If you want impeccable service use these guys. I was nervous about booking a transfer service outside of the resort. These guys went above and beyond from start to finish. The best way to communicate was via email. They respond very quickly. They tell you exactly what they need to reserve you pickup and departure. They don't talk your head of. They make recommendations if you ask. My friends had trouble booking. I sent Claudia an email. They were booked same day within 15 mins. We had a mix up with airline during departure. Our driver saw us outside and took us to the correct terminal with a smile. I have been recommending them to everyone I know that is traveling to the area. They will be my go to company everytime I travel to Mexico. read more

Canada transfers was so seamless and easy to book. We arrived at Cancun and walked out of the terminal and the led was a sign with my name on it which made it so easy to find our driver. We had a private shuttle take us to playa del carmen which was about a 45 minute drive. The shuttle was comfortable and nice with waters and hot towels for us. Our driver Jorge was so kind and played some really awesome music. They were prompt, easy to find, and super inexpensive so we were so happy with that! I would highly recommend using them for all your travel needs!!!! read more

CaNada Transfers made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt safe as an individual traveler taking a two hour trip down to Tulum. I researched different transfer companies for hours and this company exceeded my expectations by far. It was my first time to Mexico and when you step out of the Cancún airport for your first time it can be a bit overwhelming. They had a sign held up in the air with my name on it and I was greeted with smiles and a cool cloth from the driver. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I can only confirm the positive reviews. We booked our Canada transfer from Cancun airport to our Playa del Carmen resort and we're glad we did. A private transfer came to $100 round trip for 2,not really cheap but it's the service that makes the difference. First of all, the great and fast communication by email when booking the transfer from home and confirming the return while at the resort. When we arrived (delayed) the guy with the sign was just outside the terminal and got us our drive right away. A beautiful and clean Suburban just for the two of us, a cold towel and fresh water in the cooler. Plus our driver was super nice, tried to make conversation without being pushy and asked us from the beginning if the a/c and music were ok. We got to the hotel quickly and smoothly. On the way back to the airport we got a van (no nice suv this time) and the driver didn't ask about the a/c and kept singing to Julio Iglesias the whole trip :) but we got to the airport ahead of time. The really great part is that a few days after, the rest of my family arrived with different flights from different terminals and they were amazing, picking everyone up without making any trouble, even with the delays. So a well deserved 5-star review for these guys, keep up the great service! read more

I used Canada Transfers three times during my stay here in Mexico, I would highly recommend them to anyone! I was greeted at the airport with fresh smelling and cool hand/face towels and bottled water. Our driver was even kind enough to stop for us to grab a bite to eat on the way to our destination. The second and third were just as great! We had a driver take us to xplor fuego and back, we lost track or time while we were there and were 30+ minutes late to catch our ride and to our surprise the driver WAITED all of that extra time for us!! They really do go above and beyond. Very clean vehicles and safe driving as well! read more

I booked a hotel drop off and pickup based on all the great reviews. We were very happy with Canada transfers. After a long flight it was nice seeing a sign with my name in it and knowing we would have transportation waiting for us. The drivers were extremely friendly both rides and on time. read more

Fantastic service and friendly staff. RT from airport to clubmed was only $55 for a private transfer. They are also a 24/7 operation. Some providers don't pick up before 8 am. read more

A great price and great service. In Cancun, you walk out of the airport and there is a person standing with a sign. For us, he was very kind and helpful. He took us to our vehicle. We ordered drinks for the ride to the hotel and the driver had them in a cooler. They were right on time for the pick-up back to the airport. If we go back to Cancun, I am going to use them again! read more

We have a travel club membership which has a partnership with another company that provides airport transfers and excursions in Cancun and other Caribbean locations. This time I decided to price it out and try one of the competitors. Canada Transfers was highly recommended here on Trip Advisor so I gave them a try. I am glad I did. Excellent service: punctual, courteous, attentive, and beats others in terms of price. We had a rep waiting for us at the exit from the airport and immediately we were given a car and driven to the resort. The same on the way back: no waiting time. They even offered us scented moist towels at the airport when we got in the car: very nice touch! I would gladly recommend Canada Transfers to all my friends who need airport transfer. read more

These guys are awesome. You can easily book online and the drivers are prompt and polite. I highly recommend adding $1 Coronas to your trip. We used them to get there and back to two different hotels in Playa del Carmen and they were fantastic. Definitely wold recommend! read more

They were right on time, had cold water and Coronas ready for us, and even stopped for a quick pit stop to pick up some beers before we got to the hotel. Not the fanciest ride, but pretty well run, and saved standing in the sun while waiting on group transport. read more

Amazing!! We arrived late because of long lines at customs but they waited with cold water & wet towels. We also brought vodka and it was ice cold. Great way to start a vacation. We accidentally put the wrong hotel but our driver gladly drove an extra 10 minutes and drop us off safety. JAMIE is a great driver this service is great. read more

Excellent service! They were always on time, very nice & the vans were clean with A/C. The prices were very competitive as well. I liked being able to email them to confirm the pickup times. It was nice to have a beer (for adults) & soda (kids) when we arrived. A special treat while we traveled to the resort. We will certainly use this transfer again....as should you!! read more

My husband and I used Canada Transfers both ways between the Cancun airport and a rented condo in Akumal, and then we and our travelling companions used them for a day trip snorkeling and to visit a cenote. All three drivers were very professional, on-time, pleasant, good drivers and genuinely nice people. The vans were clean and comfortable. The price was also very reasonable. Hands-down I will use Canada Transfers again. read more

This was my first experience with Canada Transfers. I had heard from some other folks that they are a reliable shuttle company and the reviews for the most part were great. We traveled from Tulum to Cancun International Airport, a 90 minute commute. My experience for the most part was great however I did have some issues. I'll start with the positives, their service is affordably priced, their communication was on point, the driver was kind, sober and a good driver & he even arrived 15 minutes early. My issues are: the Van was much older than advertised on their website and older than other Canada Transfer shuttles I had seen in the past. The interior of the van was kinda funky.. I didn't want to touch much. Eck. We weren't asked what kind of music we wanted to listen to, which could be on us for not being more assertive, but the consideration would have felt like a nice professional touch. Finally, the ceiling dripped water (?) on my husband's shoulder the entire commute.. for 90 minutes straight, constant drippage. We didn't ask for a towel because of how funky everything else was. Those pieces were disappointing. Their slogan is "comfort is on its way" I didn't feel like they totally delivered in this regard, hence the 3 stars. We did arrive safely and on time which is nice. My suggestion would be to request a newer vehicle so that you don't run into the same issues. Cheers! read more
