Jordan thoroughly inspected my unit and troubleshooted the potential causes for the "weird noise". Once he identified the issue, he quickly checked to see if the needed part was available. He then ventured out in the foot of snow we had, picked up the part and came back and did the install. Great job!! So, again Isaac came through when needed and I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism demonstrated by Jordan and his support team.

The second floor was unusably hot in summer, and the a/c was outdated and insufficient, so we had them do an insulation overhaul alongside a Mitsubishi dual-fuel setup--an intelli-HEAT coil paired with our existing gas furnace downstairs, plus an upstairs mini-split. It was a complex install and they encountered a few technical hiccups along the way. That said, what mattered most was that their crew didn't disappear when things needed dialing in. They stayed on it, worked through the troubleshooting, and made sure the system was operating properly. Good experience, highly recommended.
