I purchased tires from this shop in an emergency for my BMW because my tire popped on a Friday night, when I arrived the owner seemed genuine so I asked him for mechanics advice which nowadays (I don't recommend) because unfortunately people lie for you to spend more money, and he is one of those mechanics. I told him i'm driving from Florida to California for school on august 19th which is almost 3,000 miles. you'd think with me saying that there would be some type of trust involved but unfortunately there wasn't and he still lied. He told me my other 2 tires were bad and I needed additional ones so purchased 2 more for the back of my car, imeddiatly after I left the car was wobbling. I took it to pep boys for an alignment for safety for my drive and the mechanic came to me personally and said my back tires are dangerous and could pop at any moment, when he said this I was in shock because I had just purchased them from Canaan 2 days prior. I reached out to the owner and he avoided my calls and texts, this prompted me to start a bank dispute because why would u pay for something that's no good? it has now been a nightmare where I have had to contact 3 separate agencies for consumers to attempt to get my refund because as well being a liar he withheld information that all sales were final and this was not realized until I had already left. be careful of shady places like this, we're in hard times where everyone is working hard for their money and struggling to get b- me going to school is to help my situation. being taken advantage of while trying to properly prepare myself for success is not something I had in mind. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the sake of transparency, integrity, and value for your money! He will try to respond saying I'm a scammer and likely will not take responsibility for their act but here is proof. Shop wisely read more
