The fireplace insert was installed crooked and isn't secure. They didn't even wire the blower fan to work properly. In addition there were 3 boxes that came with the fireplace that were necessary for the installation we set up for them right at the opening and they didn't even open the boxes! They cut the quartz incorrectly for my microwave and argued that my contractors gave them incorrect measurements after they were given the measurements twice before the project. The owner kept ignoring my phone calls for almost two weeks and then after they came and "fixed" it, we are left with dip under our microwave. They put gold caulking because they ran out of white to match the other part of the kitchen and were pushing me to sign off on the work and pay so they didn't have to fix it. I would be very hesitant using this company, the price was great and the gentleman in Morgantown who sold me the quartz was very nice but that was the only part of the experience that was positive and should have gone with a different company.
