Ari also took two of our pillows to make new cushions on two chairs. It is now March and have not received the new padding or our pillows. Our phone calls have gone unanswered. This is no way to run a business.

Iris told me that they could use the previous slipcovers as a pattern but the new slipcovers are too small around the bottom. The slipcover for the chair will not zip all the way and the one for the ottoman would not pull down. The reason I used them in the first place was that they said they said they could make the slipcovers without my having to give them the furniture - just the existing slipcovers. Now they say they need the furniture to fix the covers. This will require a truck and movers to get it there and back. This is turning out to be very expensive for a less than professional job.

It is a very long story, but there is definitely an imperfection in our wallpaper that this business is unwilling to acknowledge nor consider, the owner, Larissa actually accused me of lying to her, which was a huge insult to a client who spent a fair amount of money with them. she did tell us that they recommend us hiring a professional wallpaper installer because sometimes non-professionals use too much glue and the paper can stretch. However, my husband has wallpapered many many walls over his lifetime and has helped build houses and certainly knew what he was doing, and did due diligence and got the right glue and looked at you tubes and did not stretch it out and did a fantastic job. It's the paper itself that has lines through part of it. So in the middle of my huge wall I have a huge rectangle of just lines. It looks horrible and everybody that comes over. Says it looks horrible. This is a Phillip Jeffries grass cloth seamless. when you take the wallpaper off the roll to put it on, you cannot tell that there is this drifting. You can only see it once it up and you walk away from it so if you are looking at my picture please zoom in. I am devastated as we don't know what to do other than buy a picture to put over it and we already spent over $1000 on one wall. I just wish the business could have tried to be an intermediary with the manufacturer and try to work out a deal in essence be an advocate for their client. but they would have none of it. They said they did everything they could but I honestly don't know what they did. They did contact the sales rep for me who came over said my husband did a great job and said this is the way it supposed to look well. The sample we received does not look like this. I can see nothing online on the YouTube or any comments about this paper that talks about these drifting lines nothing so I guess it's buyer beware, which is why I am writing a review

My fabric covers had to be removed and the cores were rewrapped for better support and firmness. These 3 pieces, my sofa seat cushions and bumpers came out PERFECT. The firmness and support is great.
