They also are licensed to repair a/c's, and since our problem originated in our ac, their remediation plan included replacing the a/c landing structure as well as cleaning out the a/c parts and ducts after the remediation had finished. Talk about thorough! I signed a contract right away, especially because they only took their cost from the insurance company; they were confident they'd receive it, so there was no cost for myself. I felt so comfortable with the gentleman who came out to our home to inspect our damage, give us a quote, and explain their process. During this time, he went above and beyond to explain things repeatedly, and even to look at my home insurance policy to point out things I didn't know about - such as the living expenses allowed during this time. This info was invaluable! I would 100% recommend this company, as well as use this company again. Now, some constructive criticism and feedback to help the company improve! When I went to contact the gentleman who came out to our house, I could not find his card with his name on it in the folder he had left. The folder just had cards for the other owner. The gentleman had said he was part owner, but when I went on to their website, there is no mention of him, _at all_. I found this very strange, and then more strange that the website has 3 different main phone numbers for the company - this also seemed bizarre, like... who was that guy and what the hell did I sign?! Please consider updating your website to reflect current employee names, positions, etc, to make it easier to identify and thank them.

However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant.
