I went back and forth with Kokoro for over a month trying to schedule a deep clean. Their…read morereceptionist (Arfa/Amy) was very persistent with follow-ups, which I appreciated at first, but the experience became frustrating. The pricing felt high first of all $500 quoted for a deep clean and there were multiple last minute changes, including switching providers. At one point, they planned to send just one cleaner for a 1,700+ sq ft home (3 bed, 2 bath), which didn't feel realistic for a proper deep clean. When I raised concerns, I didn't feel like they were fully addressed. They also couldn't accommodate my preferred early morning time, and alternative options didn't align with what I needed. I ended up going with another company that offered similar services for $300 and was able to meet my schedule. Overall, communication was frequent, but coordination, pricing, and flexibility didn't work for me. I'd recommend clarifying expectations upfront if you're considering them.
