Due to some physical limitations and caring for pets who are in their golden years, it wasn't something I could handle on my own. I had previously tried to schedule with others and they either never contacted us or didn't show up. My partner graciously sprung into action before the house turned in to chaos. He contacted Misle Cleaning Services based on some recommendations from his contacts. The owner, Misle, responded quickly, gave an estimated quote, and got us on the schedule in record time. Already and A+ for communication. Misle and her assistant showed up on-time with all their supplies and ready to work. I showed them around, told them what we needed and they got straight to business. I felt a little embarrassed that I had a mess on my hands, but Misle was super professional and very non-judgmental. They were so competent and thorough. They took care of the entire house in short order, without at all sacrificing quality or cutting corners. They do NOT waste time and they worked hard the entire time. I never once felt like my pets and I were in the way. Everything was sparkling, organized, and smelling super fresh when they were finished. We were extremely happy with the entire process and results. The total price was extremely competitive with other cleaning services and I feel like I got far more value and and higher quality cleaning than services I have used in the past.
