If I could put a zero I would!!! This place is absolutely ridiculous, went in over a week ago told them what we was looking for took information ran our credit so many times several different days! Wouldn't return calls they knew we was approved for 25 we have 7 down well told us the camper was 28 wouldn't be a issue right?! Well I started looking into it they was charging us about 34.... So duh we won't be approved!!! Told us on Monday they call us by Wednesday that week we called and called no return calls then when called the last was asking when we could move it and stuff off lot like we got it that was Friday morning said they call that day but maybe Monday.... Well Monday evening we called no return call then Tuesday we called they finely called stating we didn't get the camper said hey just found out but that morning at 8am I checked the sight it wasn't pending anymore.... Hmmm but just found out?! Well that day I went to a bank got financed and bought a better camper somewhere else with no hassle! If I would have looked at the reviews before I walked in I would have never went here! I will not buy anything from them at all. Is it possible to give zero stars? Save your frustration and buy online. The problem isn't with the products they offer. Its the employees that leave much to be desired. The lack of ability to think outside the box was the problem for me. Then the manager proceeded to condescend me and treat me as if he was the CEO of Camping World and he himself gave me the coupons I received for purchasing a membership to Good Sam. Which I did online. He had nothing to do with it. Either way, I was almost a victim of the classic bait and switch. Went in to purchase a pair of zero gravity chairs that were listed online for $64. They brought out a pair of chairs that rung up for $99. I used a $30 off purchase coupon, they called it a gift card. I caught the price difference while looking over the receipt. Then they wouldn't refund me the original purchase price. Said it was against policy. And i only paid $82 for the chairs. Meaning I would lose $17 of the gift card i purchased with my 3 yr membership. He offered to put the $17 on a gift card. But after this experience. I don't want to give them any more of my money. The problem here is how they apply the "gift card". And it is to screw you if you return an item. So i made them refund me my entire purchase. And give me back my $30 gift card. Now, any chimp with 2 brain cells can figure out, all I have to do is repurchase my items that I wanted less the chairs. And it would come out the way it should have. I have never seen service done so poorly. When coming in to look at travel trailers we were greeted by a sales person that would not send us the campers we looked at with him after we had left and would not return a call. We then came back to hopefully deal with someone else and worked with another sales member that showed us a few trailers we liked and we decided to start the steps to buying it. No one was ever on the same page when it came to a update. We talked to our salesmen, multiple finance employees and a sales manager. All of their updates never being the same. Any time one of them would give me their word on something it was never fulfilled. Multiple chances were given for them to make this right and after 2 weeks of poor communication and customer service they have yet to. I highly advise anyone looking to shop for a camper to look at the bad reviews from here and save your time and go somewhere else. read more

We purchased a Coleman Light from this dealership in Tulsa OK. On the first trip, the trailer literally fell apart. The refrigerator quit working, the bed broke and about 10 other items stopped working or failed completely. After we got home Camping World of Tulsa contacted me after my first review of what happened was posted. they wanted me to bring the Coleman Light trailed into their shop and they would fix the problems. We were supposed to have priority and they would get the trailer back to me in about two weeks. Two weeks turned into two months. Today was the first day I started getting ready to take the trailer on a three-day trip about 10 miles from where we live to "check it out". The trailer seemed to be OK but when I hooked the water up the kitchen faucet started leaking again and before I could shut the water off the floor was flooded under the sink and leaking out into the living area. The water is coming from somewhere I cannot see. Long story short I will never buy another RV from any Camping World again and I will never buy another Coleman brand of product, EVER! I plan on getting this fixed and buying another brand of trailer from another RV dealer. Don't use Camping World no matter what they tell you! read more

Love everyone here we purchased a new Montana from Grant could not ask for a better salesman! They also installed a 5th wheel hitch for us the service department was very polite and friendly!!! Sierra was a young lady that brought us water because it was so hot and we had to move everything from on rv to another!!!! I had a deal worked out on a travel trailer yesterday and told the salesperson that I wanted the trailer. I made an offer and she said she would call me back shortly to finalize the deal and get my down payment. Having not heard from her in over 24 hours, I called to confirm the sale and was told that it had sold. Someone "walked in" and they didn't have the decency to call me to get a deposit rather they just sold it out from under me. Poor communication and very poor business practices. AVOID this business like the plague. You should never treat people in this manner...PERIOD! Would like to give 0 stars but Yelp won't let me! read more

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of being shown numerous models. Terrible service. My first experience with this place was when I went to buy a travel trailer and told the salesman exactly what I did and did not want. They proceeded to drag me thru what seemed like every trailer model on the lot until we finally left and bought elsewhere. I bought a new truck and needed a hitch and brake controller installed and spoke with James in the service department. It went from "I don't know what's involved or how much it'll cost so bring it by and we will look at it" to his next phone call/message mentioned that I'd be dropping the truck off for installation. Today we are having an ice storm and there was a 21 car pileup on I44, so I didn't leave the house because I didn't have to. At 4 pm, James called again and I told him why I wasn't about to leave the house and that we never discussed leaving my truck for installation and all of a sudden he had an estimate without having seen my truck. I used to install hitches, so I told him I ordered one. He was INSTANTLY offended. He asked where I got it from, who I ordered it from, and so on and so forth as if he was my father. My response was for him to forget the whole deal because I'll just get it done elsewhere because I wasn't going to deal with him anymore. I got tired of his mouth and his constantly trying to talk over me, so I hung up. He was ballsy enough to call right back so that tells me that he's extremely confrontational and aggressive. It's a good thing this was just over the phone and not in person or it would've turned out much differently than me just hanging up on him. read more

We purchased a Jayco camper at Camping World OKC, supposedly new, although I wondered later when we discovered residue on the gray water and waste water tank caps. The trailer leaked. The counters and the mattress became ruined from water damage in the first set of rains. I tried to reseal the roof with special camper silicone in the first year. This did not fix the problem, and we took the camper in for multiple recalls and repairs at the Camping World Tulsa location. They determined the leak was through a poorly or unsealed light or set of lights on the front of the camper. Then Jayco refused to honor their 2 year warranty for defects in workmanship claiming they require an annual roof inspection, only the leak was not from the roof. We have had multiple recalls on our trailer, and I told them exactly which recalls we were bringing the trailer in for and the warranty claim we wanted to make a month before the appointment. They had the trailer for a month and did zero fore planning. They didn't order parts for recall until after the trailer arrived, and didn't get the parts until it had been there for 2 weeks. They also didn't START working on trying to get the warranty claim filed until AFTER they finished the recalls. They are a nightmare to get a hold of on the phone. Now they have had my trailer for a month, and Jayco has rejected my claim on what in my opinion is a frivolous excuse. I am stuck with a trailer that has water damage caused by faulty assembly that the manufacturer refuses to cover under their warranty. I will never buy another Jayco product. I hope nobody else falls for the 2 year warranty claim they refuse to honor. read more

Awww! Left our trailer for a de-winterization, basic maintenance and manufacture recall. Was told we could have it back in 3 days. Camping World called to ask to have it longer and noticed a repair. We said ok but if we couldn't have it by a certain date, we had to wait to pick it up because we were out of town. Of course they called the day after we left to say it was done. Finally were able to pick it up. After paying $800 for services, we waited 30 minutes for them to bring the trailer out (after 20 minutes I went in and they had forgotten about us) and believe me they were not busy. When we started to inspect the trailer, they had not washed or waxed it which we paid $220 for, they had not cleaned and treated the awning which we paid $30 for, there was a fresh dent in the side and they had tore our underbelly cover to fix a leak inset was of drop as explained and printed on our paperwork. They also did not complete a recall maintenance from manufacturer which was the only reason why we went there in the first We waited for three hours just to get them to acknowledge the damage and ended up having to leave the trailer there again for repairs to damage they caused. Then they tried to call to say they would not repair the underbelly after a general manager told us they would. They do nothing but take advantage of their customers!! Well this is the first time I have took the time to give a review, but I feel I should share, the is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with, the day I bought the camper we were treated like kings, after the sale it was down hill, have had numerous issues with a user camper we purchase, front window falling out, water pump leaking, roof leaking, hot water heater stopped working, have videos of having to wipe down the walls after rain, every time I call the store I get "there with a customer, I will take your name and have them call" only to a week later calling back and then getting attitude from the person who answered the phone because I refuse to leave a message due to no one calling you back, it was over a month and still had no title or check as I had my taxes figured into loan, they fail to tell you they go thru a third party to get your tags, this company is a joke finally called abs threw a fit, sent me a check and title but it's not made out to right people, I swear if you ever want to buy a camper please stay away from this company, I am on Facebook you can personally message me I will go into detail please, please do not buy from this company, I am calling corporate offices tomorrow, I have already contacted another company and I am taking a loss on this camper as it is a piece of "well junk" do not buy from camping world , it made me give them a star to post my review, too bad there wasn't a negative star review read more

These guys are the worst! We have brought out rv in multiple times with an expectation that these repairs take awhile. They promise to call with updates but never do. After leaving it for weeks at a time we pick up our camper with our concerns clearly never being addressed! Even though they claim to be on our paperwork. Waiting in front of the service advisor for 45 min with kids while she try's to finish out our ticket. Then demanding payment again when picking it up a different time after we already paid. This is a horrible place to buy a camper rude and unhelpful picked up camper was damaged and was told that I could have my local body shop fix the fiberglass. Since then they do not want to fix it with a local body shop they want me to haul it back 7 hours to them so they can practice fixing it again when their patch cracked the first time they moved it. First time travel trailer buyer, I found the travel trailer I wanted a mallard M 26 2018. I contacted them online and decided I'd make the purchase, I put down the $500 deposit and the day that I went to pick it up it was in horrible shape. The front lights of the unit weren't even sealed, there were scratches and chips in the paint, the doors to the master bedroom where installed backwards, the plastic shower was falling off the wall, I guess the glue wasn't holding it. I reached down on the bottom of the unit because I saw something hanging, I touched it and screws fell out and this is after they said they did two inspections and it was ready. Of course I was angry and the Internet sales manager told me they found another unit and they would have it delivered there and make sure that it was ready and in top shape, come to find out after I emailed them they didn't have the other unit. I would recommend in going somewhere else because this place does not pay attention to detail. They do not make sure they're selling quality products or make things right if they do wrong by their customers. I feel bad for my sales person because they put everything on her and a manager never even reached out to me or even called me to discuss what they could do to make it right. I bought a new Mallard Camper from Camping World in Tulsa in early April 2019. I noticed the low reviews for Camping World and spoke to the CW General Manager and to the Mallard Regional Representative prior to my purchase to hear them out on the reviews and convince me that I would have a positive experience if I purchased a camper. I asked the salesperson if the air conditioning unit was 13,500 or 15,000 BTUs times during the sales and purchasing process. He assured me all 3 times that it was 15,000. He said CW only sales air conditioners with 15,000 BTU air conditioners. After owning the camper for a couple of weeks I took a look at the AC and the vendor plate on the unit clearly said it was 13,500 BTUs. I called the salesman and told him what I had found. He acted surprised and said he would look into it. After more phone calls he said they had found the build sheet and it should have been a 15,000 BTU unit. He said they were working with Mallard to resolve the problem. It is now 4 months later and I can't get any information from Camping World. The GM I spoke with at the time of purchase is no longer in Tulsa. I called again today and asked to speak to the GM and the Sales Manager. They were with a customer. I was assured I would receive a call back. At this point, I am very frustrated that I tried to cover my bases before the purchase and was lied to by the salesman and have not been able to get a call back to put closure on this. Do not take your RV here for repairs. We took ours here for warranty work when it was Deans RV. They changed to Camping World an it went bad after that. Six months later and numerous calls to them and Keystone we got our camper back with new damage, repairs not done, or done poorly. We made a 2:30 PM appointment, drove from Texas, had to wait Two hours to inspect our RV. When we had questions and complaints, they were closed and left for the day. Worst absolute place ever! We took our 5th wheel here to have warrenty work, we were told it would take about 4 weeks and its been almost 5 months. The staff is rude and no one knows how to communicate. Took my husband and I three trips of driving back and forth from south texas to find anything out. Our original bill was only around 428$ and is now 1100 because they just kept adding things and didnt bother to tell us. I went to speak to the GM about everything and in the middle of talking to him he just walks off from me. My husband asked for the regional managers number and for the service managers number and we were told no were not giving you that. We will never EVER do busniess with these people again. Went in to look at some options for full time RV'ing. We went in telling them out front this is two years or so down the road for us but we wanted to see brands and layouts. We had no intention of keeping them long. We understand that they are on commission so for us to tie them up without buying is rude on our part. However what what we received was some absolutely rude service on the part of mr rodman. When we explained what we wanted to do he looked annoyed saying "well that's still a ways out" not giving us a chance to explain we didn't want to take much time. He then proceeded to drive us out to the to the 5th wheels we were looking into saying that they were all open and we could look around. Told us what brands they carried but nothing about those brands or their customer service. Saying instead "they're all open so look around. I've seen them all so I'll just drop you off. If you have any questions just ask someone at the store" then dropped us off and drove away. So we got to stroll around on our own but if we had questions about options or brand reliability there was no one to answer them. Not impressed at all. read more

I don't want to even leave 1 star! I am so upset how Camping World Tulsa treats their customers. We bought our first camper there not even a year ago and it seems once they have the sale they do not care about customers anymore. We need to trade in our camper for something lighter so we went to a different dealer (I definitely wasn't going back to CW). At the new we learned how much CW racked up the prices for their add on's that they said were necessary. I understand we need certain items but we found out we ended up paying about 8000 more that we needed to. We were told at the new dealer we could ask for some of the policies to be taken off the loan. We went back to CW to get some of the policies canceled and were told it would be off by the next billing cycle. When that came around nothing was taken off so I called CW and was then told it would take 8 weeks to process the paperwork. Seriously?! 8 weeks to fax over papers that we signed to process and then send to the bank? That is absurd! We found out this is a classic stall pattern that CW is known for. I have called several times and can never get a straight answer from anyone at CW. Needless to say 2 months later we are still waiting for paperwork to be process and are very upset! Better check out You Tube on Camping World, as well as the RV talk show. They say they are like the Chicago Mafia if not them, and use strong arm tactics and deception in Buying and Financing. If you go there they say you have to tell them the product advertised is on sale, or get charged full price. After five salesmen and other finance people beat you down for the good part of the day. You may find out latter down the road you spent $10,000.00 more on your RV than what you were shown, simple deception. Hey just check out truth about Camping world on You Tube. I've been by Camping World but fortunately never purchased anything and bought my Motorhome from an independent. It was a couple of years old and it was purchased new from Camping World as after reading up on them I pulled the camping world blue tag off the front and threw it in the Service Station Trash. I want to go to camping world on a rainy day know and just mess with them take the most expensive motorhome on a test drive, give them my old novelty DL# old set of no longer owned car keys. Leave my car off property and just walk in take that thing on a cruise leave fast food wrappers all over it and drive it like I stole it. Then drop wife and kids back at vehicle get out and leave it half way in the street running. These guys are just like the GMC dealer I experienced awile back, dirt bags. On my first camping trip after having my 2014 Winnebago View refrigerator repaired by Camping World of New Braunfels, Texas I discovered it would not work on Gas. I called my Service Person Sean Cantu and told him of my problem. He advised me to make a test and if it did not work go to this location (Camping World of Tulsa) and they would fix it. I drove to the store and was told by the two Service reps that I could leave it for them to check but they did not have a technician available to work on it today. I told them that I was traveling and would like to have a technician look at it. I was told again that they did not have any technician to work on it. I gave hem a copy of my repair invoice where the problem had been fixed. Although I was very pleased with the service that I received in New Braunfels I will never buy an RV from this company if the is how they treat traveling customers. Purchased a toyhauler Feb 10th 2018, took it home (100 miles away), plugged it in refrigerator compartment would not get cold only freezer called Camping World to try to talk to service tech was told they were not allowed to come to phone for questions. April 6th first camping trip still no refrigerator, packed everything in ice chest went anyway. April 7th refrigerator started working (??),generator wouldn't start on the inside both slides needed adjusting could see daylight through kitchen and living area slide needed to be moved over a bit to fit gaskets, could smell rotten eggs throughout camper checked battery compartment battery was smoking and extremely hot, disconnected battery. April 13th cancelled camping trip, took camper in to have them check it out. April 23rd went to pick up camper was charged over $300. for (labor & diagnostic fees??), what happened to warranty?? Attempted to load camper onto truck would not load due to DEAD BATTERY, needless to say they kept the camper and the payment and we are still trying to get ahold of someone to tell us whats going on with this camper.
