Tim called to tell me my brakes were "shot" and the drums were "all scored up", and that I needed all new assemblies to the tune of $900. I declined and picked up the trailer. Took it to a certified auto mechanic neighbor around the corner who repaired it in his driveway. I walked over and saw. My brake shoes and drums were in great shape; the problem was, wires running to the magnets had broken on 3 of the 4 wheels. Wiring fixed and bearings repacked cost me $260. I had gotten brakes and even a new axle from Hitch It in the past, but I no longer trust them.

My husband called 4 State and ask if they would be able to repair the back door. They said bring it on out and they would take a look at it and try to get us taken care of the same day. When I arrived they had several customers. The staff we great and let me know it would be just a little bit. They not only fixed our immediate issue but also a few other items. Had us out within a couple hours. What great service and great people. We will come back for service and next time we purchase a trailer will be from them.

Tried several times to reach out to mechanic and got several excuses as to his road service truck braking down. Never showed up, stopped answering kept a brand new injector bought from Dealer. Thankfully I was able to locate another road service who drove out there and got my truck back on the road. Do not use this company. As a company we depend on road service company's when a break down occurs. This issue caused us to lose time and money. Would not recommend and other Companies beware of these guys. Sir, you left truck with the valve cover off and no injector. Left us with a promise to return. I have an invoice that was paid for $1701.00 to you sir. I can send it you if needed. I have messages saying your road service truck broke down and that you would be there asap once you finished with your repairs. At the end of the day the work was not completed.
