Customer Service, terrible. Had direct tv whopper installed, 5000.00 and has never worked. Was told to bring RV in and they would test it and order another. Well we drove 2 hours got there and was told to call customer service and was given wrong # still have not reach anyone to help us. This has been an on going problem since installed in June or July. Second, I would like to commend you on your willingness to enjoy your hotdog picnic rather than closing deals on RVs. I apologize for interrupting your day by having interest in purchasing an RV at your lot, but luckily I was able to find a business that appreciates my presence and I will be purchasing that $150k RV from them. We have had our 5th wheel for 1 year and 4 months. We have had leaks in the slides. "Not their fault". Electric issues. Slide toppers were gone. Have had electrical issues. Plumbing issues and furnace issues. But what takes the cake is the washer and dryer THEY installed and upon moving it, it busted through the doors, broke the toilet, cracked the counter and demolished the washer and dryer. I belive with install it was an added 3k. And it's "not their fault". They said they installed it properly. I highly recommend you never ever ever go there. I'd say in total we have spent about 6-7k. I should mention we lived in it for a year before even moving it. The only other time it was moved was to have the slides repaired. So upon a 2nd move the "properly installed" washer and dryer atr now in a dumpster somewhere. It's the non willingness to help or even compromise that's unbelievable! read more

We had a 1 PM appointment to do the walk-through on a camper that we were purchasing, and we were left to wait for an hour. We were told that it would be cleaned before we took it home (it wasn't), and there were dead bugs in every crevice. When we went to do the paperwork and there were tons of it, we were told this is included, this is included. (21 nights free at Good Sam's RV sites good for 1 year) but you have to listen to some stupid sales pitch. It was included but there was a cost involved. There was a line item that said Virtual Doc ($299) which I asked about and I was told this is included. I was not given any explanation of what it was and I assumed it was a filing fee of some sort as they said they would apply for the tag and send it to us. (We still haven't received it.) Come to find out it is actually a telehealth feature (Virtual Doctor) that I have no need of. I called to cancel it and was told I couldn't and that I would have to contact Camping World for that. I emailed the finance man that we dealt with on two occasions to cancel and have not heard from him. I recommend that you go anywhere else other than Camping World. They will not get another dime from me and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. They nag you to death before the sale and you can't reach them after the sale. So Earl Smith and Camping World, I hope Karma teaches you a valuable lesson. read more

Purchased a winterized unit in December. 2022 Cougar. Guaranteed all to work! Water heater, water pump, furnace, faucets , blinds- not working. Lucas the manger told me "Nothing we can do about any of that. You will need to pay out of your pocket." Rude and indifferent. Unprofessional. Caution!!! Just spent a wonderful week in paradise landing TN at FHRVP in my Class c Rv. The host is very friendly and accommodating which made me feel welcomed. The sites are all very large, flat with full hookups, tables, and barbecues/fire pits. Did some day trips to surrounding area but mostly stayed at the park Watching boats and barges going down the Tennessee river from the common covered area. So relaxing. It was fun at night watching fire flies as my furry baby watched also and occasionally barked. The park is also setup for children With a play area, and my puppy had a fenced doggy park for her safety at her leisure . Although there is lots to do from fishing off the park to kayaking I was happily relaxed watching the river by day and sitting by the fire by night. I am giving FHRVP 5 stars but would give 10 as its clean,big, and well layer out. I will definitely be going back. read more

Within just a few minutes of discussion the Sales Rep whom I was speaking to remembered the conversation he held with my husband over a week earlier. Was able to look up the parts I was asking about, discern that is was still on order and confirmed he would leave us a message as soon as there was further information or delivery of the part and hold it for us. Seniors beware, If you're looking to bye an RV warning Jackson Camping world are very dishonest. I'm 70 years old and my wife is 71.We were informed over and over the 2020 Sport Trax 33.6 trailer was $46,000. A $500.00 was given too lock in the deal. Two day's later we went back to camping world for the walk thru. The walk thru and waiting time was over 2.5 hours finally it was our turn to sit down to sign the contract. The finance person for what ever reason maybe seeing that we were tired or just in a hurry because it was late. He didn't go over each line item with us and stupid me thinking they were honest and being run down due to the strokes I had a few months earlier and didn't review what was on the contract. The price they put was $46,999 not the $46,000 that was agreed on. Four day's later at home I found the over charge of $999.00. The next day my wife and I went back to camping world. I talked to the salesman which he confirmed that the price was $46,000 not $46,999. I asked to talk to the sales manager but the only one there was the General manager.I explained what price was agreed on and showed her the paper that the salesman put $46,000. She went and got the file that show it was $46,999. I told her that was not what the salesman and I agreed on. From that point on she didn't care our want to hear what I had to say.She said you signed the contract so it's final from that point on she didn't care or want to hear what I said. I brought my camper in for warranty repair and didn't have big expectations and was expecting a long wait and bad service but to my surprise they have been great from the 1st phone call to when I picked up my camper. Tim the service manager is great, he was always willing to talk to me and willing to correct anything that was wrong. They are super busy like most all other service departments but Tim tried his best to make sure we were happy. I'm very happy that we have a service location for our camper for life. If you have any problems talk with Tim and he will get it straightened out. read more
