Bought a 2020 winnie and on the 1st camp out 3 weeks after the purschase the black and gray valves would not open. Called the dealer to tell them this. I was only an exit away at a campground They said they dont have anyone there to come by and to call roto router and let them come suck out the tanks at my expense That was nice. I cut my arm open pretty good from the wheel flare over the black and gray valve..i made an apt with them that took over 2 months after the 3 months they were closed for covid to get in. I brought it to them and a week goes by and no call. Called them and asked what was going on? They gave me a big run around lie after lie. I call and they tell me they would call right back which they never do. Called the GM (Darin) he said he would call me back in 30 min well 3 days later i had to drive 2 hrs there to see what was going on. He said i told them to modify the valve so it would work... what are they talking about i said to fix it so it works. I told the GM lets go out and you open it. He said he would be right back. I go outside and they were bringing the unit around he said its stiff but works. He would not open it in front of me. He said it stick a little. My wife and i still cannot open the valves. They pretty much refused to do anything. Stay far away from this place they lie to there customers and act like your the best until you buy something then they want nothing to do with you. I will be calling corporate office on monday. I just spoke to a local newspaper who is interested in whats going on. Ill keep you posted. read more

Tried calling to check if they had inventory on shelf before coming in for a sale item. Besides being sent around on loop I was told to leave message because a couple people ahead of me being helped 3 phone calls/messages over 3 hrs still no return call. No one else will help or stay on phone long enough to ask if someone will check. read more

Paid in advance for service joined there good SAMs club at the same time. Dropped of camper for repair and the price jumped up 200 dollars . Of course they have you so I get stuck paying extra . Then I was told I also needed to have a repair done that would cost 1200 . I called a local company that does the same service and he could not even think of how they came up with that prices he is doing the job for me for 250 so to say the least they got me for the last time. Stay away they are thieves . By the way I paid over 500 for a repair that the local shop would have done for 300 . Never again will I deal with this company. Thanks for a valuable lesson read more

Four stars...however, the rest of these reviews have me worried. From a sales perspective, Brian was great. Personable and was able to answer all our questions. Things went very smoothly when we were able to work through him. The other employees there all seemed very friendly and eager to help in any way possible. Nice group of people from what I can see. Took our new travel trailer out camping this weekend and everything worked perfectly. We are very happy with the purchase. ~ The parts/service department, although worked with us, seems a little shifty. They tried to charge us significantly more for an expensive hitch stabilizer than the website advertised. This was not a sale item. I'm not sure why he was trying to charge us more, but we referred him to his own website and he made the price adjustment. I just suggest you check your pricing before you get a quote from them. The employee that installed the stabilizer could not have been nicer. I wish I got his name. Even spent time showing my husband how to hook it up. That's the great kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. ~One other issue I had was something I requested be fixed before we made the purchase. The shower surround was popping off. They "fixed" it, but the issue returned by the time we got the trailer to its storage facility the same day we made the purchase. We will fix it ourselves, but I hope that's not an indication of their repairs as the other comments here seem to indicate. Fingers crossed their service department is improving. Customers only remain loyal if they are taken care of before and after purchases. Very important for any business. We will give them every opportunity to make lifetime customers out us. We certainly shop with loyalty in mind. read more

I wanted to give Camping World in Cocoa 5 stars because the sales people were so nice and helpful. That was before I purchased a RV from them. I had expressed to my salesman my concern about weather the tires were balanced and if there were any problems with the coach. My salesman told me he had driven the RV and it was fine. Well, that turned out not to be the case. After purchasing the RV and beginning my drive home I found I could not drive over 55mph without the RV shaking badly. The next day I sent and email to my salesman and told him about the problem. He forwarded the email to the sales manager and of course the email was never responded to. I just wanted for them to pay for the wheels being balanced properly. After all I had just spent over $70K with them. I'm still waiting for a reply from them but I'm not going to hold my breath for it. read more

Everyone that gave this place one star is right on!Bruce Johnson and Joe Pinely are two of the worst Rv people around.Had Rv in for Irma repairs,came back later on the day to get it,worker brings out with body sitting on tires with chunks of tire melting off.I hand Bruce(service man)a chunk of my new tire and he says(it won't effect the ride any)These people are the most disgusting people I've ever met!We bring Joe Pinely,(store manager)he says it isn't that important,it's a rear tire!What is up with these inane people?They have no scruples at all!They don't know how to run a shop,they don't care any about your rig at all,just take your $$'s and get out !! These people are very dangerous,stay away,please take my warning seriously,some one else brought their trailer,was there the whole time and saw what happened,and they pulled their rig and said they didn't want to do business with them.They said they saw someone back into one of the cars parked there and the CW people didn't care one bit!!This place is the worst CW I've ever had been,please take my warning seriously!!! read more

I guess it depends who the sales person is and her GM. We just bought a 2008 Itasca from Dana and could not be happier. She knows all the inventory and the history behind the unit. The service department is very professional from painting to installing a residential refrigerator into our unit. If you are looking to trade or just a first timer give Dana a try. You won't be dis appointed. read more

Called 7 times over 5 weeks and didn't get a call back until I threatened to call corporate headquarters. I finally managed to set up a service appointment for my RV, which I purchased there, only to be told on arrival that they couldn't do the service because it was a diesel. read more

Camping World is the worst company ever.They have no intent on helping the customer.The truth is not there.I don't know how they can do this. The Good Sam roadside is a lie.We broke down on I-95 south aprox.20 mi. south of Florence with a 36' 5th wheel on my truck.The Good Sam dispatcher hung-up on me because I could not see a Mile Marker.The Elite Membership is also not true.Our new 5th wheel stayed in Myrtle Beach service for almost 3 months for a recliner problem and still not correct. read more
