This one, however, deserves a particular warning because it is right next to the Autostrada and nearly impossible to actually sleep at. Even with my earplugs, the heavy truck traffic on the exit ramp was too much to fall asleep next to, and (as if it needed to be less enjoyable) they actually have a chicken coop right in the middle of the campground. With a rooster. A rooster that loves to start crowing at 5:15am and doesn't stop until after 7. Why would you raise chickens in the middle of a campground? Who does that? Do not waste your night and money at this place.

There is no more loyalty to longtime CJ campers and poor communication. Because of COVID and heath reasons, we had to cancel our booked annual trips in Sep 2022. The airline, cruise line, hotels, and Swiss Rail were no problem. NOT SO WITH CJ. The best they could do is extend the deposit for two years. We won''t return. SUGGESTION: Get their deposit/refund policies in writing before you give them a deposit.
