I had a AC unit installed 7/20/25 under warranty everything was processed quickly. They installed a Furrion 15K which is different than the Coleman-Mack that was original AC unit in RV. In the large ceiling vent there is a styrofoam block that is not compatible with new unit. Found out it's not included in the install. Tech modified the styrofoam to try to make it work now one ceiling vent doesn't work and AC is extremely loud and seems to be some vibration. All this was mentioned to tech during installation but what we mentioned to them they just ignored the problem and blew us off. A tech came out on 8/1/25 to look at unit his finding were the styrofoam block is not the compatible for the new Furrion AC that was installed and the vibration could be the roof unit probably need some shims. Tried to work with owner Ken Winfield the owner to see if he would work with us but he let us know their job is to install unit only they don't do customizations. There were issues with installation after installing it would run cold then start blowing warm air it took about 5 hours total. Techs left said job was complete and issue was resolved, but in 20 minutes after they left it started blowing warm air again. Very disappointed should have done my homework before hiring them, and now we have to live with a very loud unit. Look for another RV repair company

I have contacted Camping World repeatedly regarding repairs/replacement and absolutely no one is responding to my messages. This particular stop was fantastic. We were gifted a small tote bag with a welcome letter, deck of cards, bottle opener and a bag clip all of which were appreciated. We had a back in spot for the night with power and potable water. We were able to purchase propane while we were there and we dumped our tanks for free. If we were in the market for repairs or to purchase a new RV these are the people we would visit for that! Since writing our intial review, about our positive experience buying, we have had multiple issues that have been not resolved/poorly resolved by Outdoor Travel. These are the most recent..... -Within a year, our flush "leaked" and flooded our trailer. This was the second time we used the flush to clean the black tank. They "fixed" it, only to find that it was still leaking when we tried to use it again. We just decided we weren't going to deal with it and have not used it since. No cost for them to "repair" it, but we recieved a $200 bill almost 7 months later, when they told us this was actually not covered. -seals on our slide out - again within a year, these starting falling off. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by putting staples in the seal. We were not happy with this fix, but I called Aspen and they said this was their recommendation. Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $200 for staples. - back window was very hard to open - again within the year. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by bending it? It still sticks......Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $100. So total for this bill, when we were told no cost at pick-up in May (we received 7 months later...even though we have been there a couple times since and they did not mention) was $600 and they put some staples in, pushed the window in, and fixed one fitting on the flush and now it leaks somewhere else...... Again, these are only some of the issues we have had......I would think twice about buying from Outdoor Travel.
